Description of Work: They snaked my main sewer line. Sewer backed up again the next day. When leaving tech made it clear that if he came back it would be another $150. $600 to snake a drain?!!!!!! Called a different company the next day they did it for $145 and made it clear they would snake it for free if it backed up again for the next 6 months. It has been over a month and my drain is still clear. Horribly over priced and completely ineffective. Call someone else and count your blessings and your money because you will still have some left.

Description of Work: I have used Blessing for my Heating needs and have always been very happy. However, I will never call them for my plumbing needs again. |Our sewer backed up into the basement and instead of snaking out the drain in the basement, the plumber pulled my toilet on my main floor. He was not successful in clearing the blockage. He then went and dug a bunch of holes in my yard looking for the cleanout access. He never fixed the problem and charged me $300. I called a sewer company the next day and they had the problem fixed within an hour and only charge me $100.

They would not come out & service my air conditioner unless I paid full price. Their prices are high, I felt I got taken.

Description of Work: I was not told on the phone during the initial contact with the company, that they were going to come out and try to sell their yearly service plan. When the plumber came out and I was showing him the work to be done, he started with the company line of trying to sell the service plan. I pointedly told the plumber to stop, that I was not interested, that I just wanted the quote for the work that needs to be done. He ignored me and gave me the breakdown of both the cost with the service plan and without the service plan. He was very rude when I told him that it was more than what we had anticipated and i asked him if I was getting a copy of the quote. He said "of course, I'm not writing this for my health". At that point, I kicked him out. Didn't want to deal with him anymore. The required service charge to come out was within other estimates. However, the cost overall was astounding. Too bad we can't do this work ourselves, the parts are very cheap. I've heard from others that Blessing were overpriced, I just didn't know by how much. I will not use Blessing or recommend them.

Description of Work: asked Steve, the service technician, to attach the pipes under my sink. He did that and told me I had a clog in the pipes. He showed me standing water that wasn't there before he fixed the pipes. He said my drain needed snaking and it cost $274.00. He said the cost was the same whether it took 1/2 hour or 2 hours. It took him about 1 1/2 hours to snake the drain. I thought it was a high price, since I didn't even know my drain needed this. After he left, I called another local drain cleaner, Mr. Rooter. They said the cost plus service call was $66.00! I feel Blessing overcharged me. Neither my lawyer nor my dermatologist charges as much as they did. There wasn't even a parts cost involved.
