Birds Beware Window Cleaning

They do an excellent job. They are punctual and professional. The windows are so clean when they are done. You hardly know there is glass in them. They call and reschedule on days when there is a thunderstorm or when it is snowing. I would recommend them.

Initial voicemail answered within the hour; estimate within the week; scheduled the service immediately after the estimate; crew arrived on time and worked hard for a solid 6.5 hours.

This is the 3rd service I have had Birds Beware do for us. They are truly great to work with and do a great job. I think their pricing is competitive.

This company is very accomodating and reasonable, as well as affordable. They cleaned 33 windows in our house inside and out, including the window sills. They are very kind and professional.

Washed exteriors of all windows of three story house. There was a mixup about whether the scope of work included the storm windows or the double hung primary windows (that had divided panes). That crew did not have the proper equipment for the small panes. One crew also arrived unprepared to reach third story windows. As a result it took work on three days to complete the job. That said, the crews managed the situation well and completed the job. We are likely to bring them back. We will be very clear, however, about the scope of work.

Cleaned windows inside and out. Also cleaned screens and window tracks. Came out before I moved in to check out number of windows, etc. Called back with quote. Very efficient team. Will call them back in the spring.

They came out right away and left a quote for the job, price was more than reasonable. The crew did an excellent job, was not an easy task and the weather was quite cold.

My husband was home during Birds Beware servicing our windows. He is an ex-quaility inspector of military tanks and is extremely particular. My husband was very pleased with the service person and the quality of their work.

The service was excellent! The house has been a rental for the past 7-8 years and was in dire need of a good power washing so we can put it on the market to sell. Birds Beware was more than willing to work with us even though it was the beginning of December and the outside temp. was only in the high 30"s at the time of service. Would definately use in the future!

They were here on time and went straight to work. We have a very high roof. The gutters are hard to get to in some areas. They cleaned all the gutters and cleared the down spouts that we're clogged.

Birds Beware workers arrived on time and were very courteous. We spent considerable time discussing the job and they went to work providing what I would consider to be an exceptional service. The gutters were cleaned (both upper and lower), leaves were blown off the roof shingles, and downspouts were checked for debris and also checked for purpose and usability after the job. I would certainly have Birds Beware back for future services and should add that as an added service, workers even blew the leaves from my driveway as an additional/extra function. Fine! They are very thorough and they called me immediately when I purchased the service and set up an appointment right away. The two guys that came out were both very nice, very efficient, got right to work and were finished in no time.

This company is excellent and highly recommend them. From the initial phone call to completion everything was great. They were on time and made sure everything was moved and then put back when they were finished. Call them you wont be disappointed.

They did a very good job and I will hire them again next year.

Called this company to set up a time for them to come and give us an estimate for exterior window cleaning. We called on Wednesday and they told us they would come Friday. They didn't show up on Friday. I called on Monday to ask about our appointment. I was told I wasn't found on a list and they would be here Wednesday. They didn't show Wednesday. They told us they would be here first thing the next morning. On Thursday at 12:30p.m. Justin showed up to give us an estimate. My husband walked around the house with Justin for 25 minutes while he wrote and punched his tablet. My husband could not figure out what this guy was doing and why the estimate was taking so long; our house is 3,000 sq. ft. Justin told my husband the price to clean the windows on the outside would be $178.00. Rob said "Wow, that's a whole lot more than we've ever paid!" The previous years we paid around $100.00. Our other estimate we got from another company was $110.00. When Rob reacted with surprise, Justin said "okay, how about $116.00 then?" Justin also said he could put us on a waiting list as they couldn't get to us for 2 1/2 weeks. We went with someone else. There is just a lot of problems with Birds Beware company. They are more trouble to deal with than they are worth.

After I had placed the order through Angie's list, I received a call from the provider on the next business day. They were very professional and set up an appointment that was convenient for me. He explained the process, told me who would be there to do the work and approximately how long it would take. The appointment day came and the two gentlemen arrived 15 minutes early and I showed them where the hose hook up was. They got right to work and did a fantastic job. Even wound my hose back up that was a mess on the back patio. Appreciate the professionalism, great job and punctuality. I will be using this service in the future.

This company was very prompt for the work day. They explained to me what they would be doing and got right into performing their job (power washing). My house looks fantastic! It had mold on the underside of the eaves which is a constant problem due to all the trees that surround the house. This was all gone when they got done. (The last time my house was power washed was at least 4 years ago.) My house looks like it has new siding and new trim. When i was setting up the appointment the phone experience was excellent also. They made me feel like I was the most important customer at that moment and they answered all my questions with great detail. They made sure to clarify exactly what I wanted done and what day and time would be good for me. I will want my windows cleaned in the spring and will definitely use this company again at that time.

They arrived on time, cleaned all the windows with excellent results.

They were little late due to a previous appointment, but called to let me know that. They did an excellent job on the severely clogged gutters (we just moved in and they said the gutters should only need to be cleaned every 2 or 3 years, so the previous owners had possibly never had them cleaned.) The previous owners had also left 2 of the downspouts blocked and the cleaning crew was very responsive to my request to re-flush after I had cleared the blockages. The team leader gave me a quote for the gutter guards, but said in all honesty it would be more cost-effective for me to just have the gutters cleaned regularly. Apparently our house only has moderate blockage risk.

The company power washed our house and made it look 10 years younger. The roof was cleaned and he was able to do everything that he promised. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Service provider promptly scheduled the service with me. Showed up on the appropriate day and performed the service as expected. Clean up was excellent and they followed up the following day to make sure I was satisfied. I would absolutely use this provider again.
