Description of Work: These guys were great! They showed up on time, worked all day without breaks and did a fantastic job! They cleaned my windows, of which there are many (inside & outside), cleaned gutters, washed entire house. I will have them back again!

Description of Work: We only got a quote from them, and would not hire them due to the quotation. In addition to the interior and exterior cleaning, they suggested many other services. One of these services was exterior house cleaning. They stated that it was necessary, as we have mold growing on the home. Our house was painted less than a year before, with mold inhibitors, and there is no mold on the home. I felt like they were trying to scare us into purchasing other services that we didn't need.

We do not have a pushy sales approach whatsoever and only make suggestions as to identified needs that a home has. A need was believed to have been identified for this home and so we made the appropriate suggestion of what service we offer would be best suited to take care of that need. We offer an extremely high level of service in all facets of our company and we are disappointed that our sales approach was perceived to be disingenuous or having ulterior motives. That's not who we are as a small, local company.

We were not aware that the window cleaning for [removed member name] did not turn out well until we received this review. We did do a follow up call with [removed member name] as we do with all of our customers, but unfortunately he did not answer so we only left a message inquiring about how the service went. At Birds Beware we always offer a walk around to all of our customers at the end of the job to make sure everything we worked on was up to their standards. [removed member name] was not home at the time of service, so we were not able to do the walk around with him either. I have left [removed member name] a message stating that we would love to come back and fix any mistakes we made the first time, we are just waiting to hear back from him at this point.
