Birds Beware Window Cleaning

I was not at home when the work was done so I really can't describe the work from start to finish other than to say my house looked dirty before they came and then looked great when I got home.

the gutters were cleaned well but they didn't use blowers so the driveway and patio were left a bit messier than i would have preferred..especially since they were clean prior to the gutter cleaning...but otherwise good job!

Great experience. They were prompt, thorough, and service was clearly explained. I will use them again and highly recommend.

When they walked in and I asked, "Do I need to move anything?" The response was: "We are here for YOU. Don't do anything. We'll handle it." :) THAT was the response I wanted! They showed up early, finished the job faster than I thought, and they put every item back where it was. My windows look great. I am going to refer all my friends and family!

Had a little bad with the weather. When weather cleared he went to work doing all the items he said he would plus extras.Very nice working with him.

The company is very professional with very good follow up including a phone call and a thank you note. I hired them to clean about 140 linear feet of gutters and downspouts as well as between twenty-five and thirty exterior windows and door walls. I would give the a score of 100% for the gutters and 95% for the windows as they did not wipe all the window ledges as well as I would have liked. All that being said I will hire them again next year as I feel I received fair value for the fee charged.

Very professional - starting with the person handling our telephone call to set up the appointment to the (2) young men on our cleaning crew. The crew showed up at the appointed day and time. The job took about an hour. Quality of work was very good - no streaks or stains left behind. The staff and crew were very polite and concerned that we were satisfied with the completed job. The $125. online coupon made this an excellent value. We plan to contract Birds Beware Window Cleaning next spring for power washing the siding and doing the windows again.

I live too far for him to do the service. He was very polite about it, and responded in a timely manner. He explained that there would be a travel surcharge, but offered for me to get a refund.

The employees, both those who performed the service and those on the phone, were excellent to work with. The response time for getting a quote was excellent and the prices were more than reasonable for the size of my house and the difficultly of the job. I will definately hire them again. The only issue I had was that they didn't ensure that one of the windows upstairs was closed fully before cleaning the outside and some water leaked down my wall. I did not complain about it though because from the angle outside it did appear to be closed. Overall, the quality was excellent. I gave them a 'Good' only because I had specifically asked that they ensure the windows were all fully closed before cleaning because I had painters who were cracking them randomly for ventilation.

We were extremely impressed by this company. We have a very steep roof and a large house and their price was competitive. We were contacted immediately upon emailing Birds Beware and provided with a quote the next day and received a phone call explaining the entire process, the pros and cons of doing thie with the age of our roof, etc. We sceduled a date for service and the crew showed up on time and did a great job plus protected our landscaping while working. The roof looks great, is free from streaks, and we have already received favorable comments from family. We received a follow-up call to make sure we were pleased with the service and answer any questions we might have. I would recommend thjis company to anyone seeking this service.

They came out when scheduled and did the work quickly. Cleaned gutters on our 4000+ sq ft home in some instances three stories high. Did the work quickly, followed up with an invoice and also sent out a nice thank you card. Excellent service!

We had black streaks on our roof. Birds Beware treated with a chemical that removed all of the fungi and mold growing on the shingles. Rained overnight and by next day streaks were gone. The pair that did the work was very professional. There was some residue left on one of our windows and they came out the next day and cleaned off. We will use them later in the fall for window and gutter cleaning.

Needed all of our outside windows and screens cleaned. The team arrived on time and was very professional. Windows turned out very nice as did the screens although $2.00 price per screen was higher than we've paid in the past.

Called to get an estimate. Estimate was the cheapest of the three I tried. We decided to give them a shot and they performed well. Great job!

I didn't use them because I liked another company better and they were closer. The prices were equal so I went with the other company. He was a very nice guy and he was very efficient on getting the quote back to me. I would suggest getting estimates from them.

After a brief initial and quite friendly phone call, a Birds Beware estimator came out (the next day) and left a very detailed estimate sheet, including a photo of our home. Pleased with the rates, I called back and scheduled our cleaning for two days later. Again, the person I spoke with was very friendly and efficient. The cleaners came on time and did an excellent job. I will definitely call them for future window cleanings.

They arrived on time, explained to both my husband and myself what they were going to do and went right to work. Did a great job & will use them in the future.
