Description of Work: I have a big hose with lost of windows and I bought the 20 windows special first but then I had them do more windows. They did a fine job and if I saw something I didn't like they fixed it right up... Nice job nice guys!!

Response from Birds Beware Window Cleaning
This review is a little confusing to us here at Birds Beware! First of all we have never done roof cleaning or window cleaning for the customer, and we did not do any work for them on April 14, 2014. We have done a gutter cleaning for them, but that was on October 7, 2013. We did a follow up call on October 11, 2013 after the job was complete, just to make sure that they were satisfied. No one answered, but we left a message and let them know that if anything was off we would come back out for them. Unfortunately we did not hear from the them until this review. I did call them this year to inquire about the review and see if we could fix anything. I spoke with Mrs. [member name removed], the customer's wife, and left her a message to have Mr. [member name removed] call us back since he was the one who submitted the review, but we have still not heard back. Description of Work: All windows, tracks, screens cleaned inside & out. Gutters cleaned also. Although it was late in the season, we were hoping to catch the tail end of our mild weather. As it turned out, the weather became quite cold & rainy but still they worked us in & did a heck of a good job. We plan on having them back in the spring for a roof & siding cleaning. We have had many bad experiences with other service providers in the past & are grateful for their hard work & honesty.
