Artistic Pools was very accommodating to get our business... it has been 2 years since our pool was installed and Dave S. (owner) refuses to return my weekly calls regarding our repairs. But, they did not miss a phone call or email to collect our money during the installation process! Repairs needed SINCE installation and NOT being addressed by Dave S. (owner) Artic: streaked/discolored concrete, chipped and; cracked concrete, unfinished/uncut concrete edge, staining of concrete - not done (surrounding pool and hot tub), interior hot tub caulking is melting/peeling away, and our pool liner has several stones underneath. BUYER BEWARE! This is a lot of money to invest into shabby workmanship and unprofessionalism!

We have already referred them to friends. Their work ethic is outstanding. Quality is incredibly good, we looked at examples of other work they did before hiring them and we were very happy with what we saw. Their followup is also amazing, they are prompt to return calls or answer questions.
