Todd and his team re-build my decks last year and I was happy their job. Then I order him to paint my house exterior recently and I'm happy again! Todd shares information always and clear for everything. I want to order him again if I have chance for future.

The work was great, I am thinking of getting them again this year to do some more works in my house.

Todd was very easy to work with, constantly keeping me informed. He and Andy were able to keep the substructure by reinforcing it. They replaced the current wood floor with composite and repaired the existing railings. The results are very professional. They also rebuilt the steps to the side door. Todd is very conscious of working within a budget, and doesn't want to waste your money. I would hire them again.

Todd is an amazing professional of integrity. From the moment he came out to bid the job to the final clean-up was a wonderful experience. He was easy to talk with about the project and happy to answer any questions we had. He built the deck as if it was for his own family. He is extremely professional as well as approachable. Very great crew of kind and professional individuals as well. The craftsmanship and design of the deck is beautiful and SOLID! Todd was very budget conscious and gave us lots of design options from the beginning to help us make the best choice for our budget and desired end result. Even with unforeseen setbacks (septic interference) making changes and having to be flexible along the way, Todd kept the project within budget and was able to keep to the estimated timeline. Having men working in the back yard while trying to manage 2 small children and 3 dogs can be challenging and Todd and his crew did everything they could to make it as easy as possible for us. They went above and beyond by also affixing the chain link fence to the lattice and fixing our down spout to run away from the deck. They cleaned up so that I was not afraid to let my 3 year old out to play right after the job was done. No random nails or screws anywhere!

Todd and his crew were professional. He works from sun up to sun down, so if he said he was going to be there, he was, but it threw me off when he showed up later in the day to power wash. He got it done before the rain storm hit. On the day of the "real work" he called the night before to confirm he was coming the next day and then again in the morning to say he was on his way. The work was all done in one day, and the crew took pride in their work. Overall, I am happy with their work and would have them back.

They called before they came and came on time. I was not at home during the staining but Todd the owner called me to make sure I was satisfied with the job, I was. My deck looks like new.

1st Choice Deck Services is great. He can do anything, not just work on your deck. He showed up. He did what he said he was going to do. The charge was what he said it was going to be. He's awesome. He's honest and does a great job. He's a good person. He can do anything. He's coming back to do a few things for me. I told him I was going to adopt him. I would refer him to everyone I know.
