Aside from weather delays, it went well, but the one installer was a little chatty, but very nice.

Four Seasons has been great from Doug (who measured & did the estimate) to the installers. They even broke the estimate into 3 pcs, so we could afford the cost in stages & not get a loan.

The company has a professional staff to manage phone calls and customers (love it). A representative called within 24 hours and was on-site to estimate also within 24 hours. I had three other individuals tell me the opening for the door was not square and one big box store told me the door would need to be cut to fit. This quote included uninstall of existing flashing, install of new/vinyl flashing, and door install with caulking. Unfortunately it took some time (a couple of weeks) for the install to take place but since they are the ONLY company to respond to my plea for help I was willing to wait. This was a small job and was difficult to fit into the schedule. It was a door I previously purchased I am grateful for their follow-through and getting this done. VERY PLEASED --they took all the cardboard, old material, swept up the debris, cleaned the glass and removed all the stickers. I will call them again!

The estimator came out (Justin Brisboy) & gave estimate which was good price! He liked to talk a lot but he is a nice guy! We called back next day after other estimates came in & told him we wanted them to do the job. The guys came out within a few days & started on 6-30-15 & finished on 7-1-15.

The crew was on time, very polite, and fast. They were very considerate of packing up scrap and the mess. Very friendly and polite. They did a very good job. We are very pleased.

I contacted Four Seasons on December 29, 2014 about the roof leak and the damage that the leak had caused . Of course, there was no one in the office because of the holidays. The message was that they would get back to me as soon as possible. I did not receive a call back and my roof was still leaking. I called Four Seasons again and finally got a hold of a person. I set up an appointment for someone to come out and figure out what was going on. They showed up the day before the appointment while I was not there. They supposedly looked at my roof from the ground and said that it looked like the boot had collapsed causing a leak. They looked at the wrong place. Since they came on the wrong date they did not see the damage inside. The person that came out called and left a message on my phone that they would be out for the scheduled appointment to fix the roof in the wrong place. They did not show up for the appointment and I received no call that they weren't coming. So again I called Four Seasons and told them that whoever had come out had looked at the wrong place. I was told they would be out early the next week. Again nobody called and nobody showed up. I waited another day and then called them again. I was told that they would check into what was going on and would get back to me. Again I didn't get a call back and I had to call them again. I finally got a hold of the service tech. He said he would be out on the 20th of January. This time he did show up while I was home and I showed him the damage in the bathroom. He said that would have to be fixed but there was no use fixing that until he fixed the roof which he now couldn't do because there was snow on the roof. I said well that won't be until spring then. "Oh no, I'll be out way before that, probably within the next week or two. He finally came out mid-March and fixed the roof even though there was still snow on the roof. He then said that they would probably not fix the ceiling in the bathroom. He would have to talk to the owner. Again I never heard back and I had to call them. The response was "I told you before that we probably wouldn't fix the damage." The warranty that came from Four Seasons is that any damage from the roof leaking will be fixed at no cost for as long as you own the home. I've lived in this house for over 30 years and I still own this house.

They were very good, very expensive but very good. They were courteous. They came when they said they were going to come. They were timely. They worked cleanly, they didn't leave a mess. They were efficient. The manager of the company was very professional and polite. They're certainly not the cheapest but sometimes you get what you pay for. We got several quotes, they were the most expensive quote but they weren't entirely out of the ballpark of quotes.

They were very professional. They responded very timely. They came with a complete kit of sample windows to show me. They walked through the house with me and gave me a lot of information about different options and what they would be doing.

We didn't use them. They are real good. They are professional, but it is too high price.

I first contacted 4 Seasons in May 2013, and Justin Brisboy was very prompt in responding. Please be aware that Justin has a habit of calling and not identifying himself, so don't be surprised. Otherwise he was very gracious and attentive. On his first visit he took measurements, showed me what the porch would look like and we planned the placement of the porch. When I asked about replacing the family room french doors with a sliding window wall and getting my basement windows replaced due to settling of the house and buckling of the frames. The door and windows were custom, as was the porch. Apparently Mr. Bisboy has the reputation of planning the largest porch that he can for his clients, according to the builders! He ordered all the parts for the porch, door and windows that day, but it took over a month for all the pieces to arrive. Once they did, the building took about a week. The men who did the actual installation were very professional. They tied in the porch roof with the original roof seamlessly, with no leaks over these past 6 months. The floor is apparently a new idea as they usually put in outdoor carpeting. My floor is a hardwood look-alike with rubber backing that is very quiet to walk on and has held up very well. Overall I am quite satisfied with the service and the promptness. Any delays were related to obtaining the materials, which is nothing that 4 Seasons can control. Otherwise they did an excellent job.

The initial meeting with Doug for some roof repair and a skylight replacement was a waste of my time. Doug was supposed to have someone else come out to actually get up on the roof and estimate what it would cost to do the work. After about 10 days, I contacted Four Seasons for an update. Doug emailed me saying that they were busy and no one had been out yet. I let him know that I could wait a little longer but I needed to get things moving forward. I never heard anything back from him or the company. The work was to be done at my cottage which is 2 hours from where I live, so I lose almost a full day to arrange a meeting. I was disappointed that no one was honest enough with me to let me know they were too busy for a smaller job.

The job went very well for the most part. Part of the roof was rotted and they repaired that nicely. Roofing job looks very good and well done. Only problems we had were mostly cleanup related (nails not all picked up, a little debris in yard). They did put a 5 foot long scratch on the deck which they took care of. Overall a very good job.

I called twice and left messages asking for an estimate on replacement windows. I was only able to reach their voicemail. To this date no one has returned my calls.

We liked the salesman that came out. He was nice and friendly. He was easy to talk with and he gave a good explanation. It was just that we found somebody that we liked better and was a little cheaper.

It went very well. The owner came out and looked at the ice damage we had on the siding. He made his recommendations, did the measurements, and provided the quote for the insurance company. Once the work was to begin, their supplies arrived on time, the men showed up for work on time. They kept us informed as to what they would be doing, how long it would take, If anything needed our decision they would explain the options clearly and then carried out our decisions. All the workers were very polite, good language, cleaned up the area everyday. They were critical of their own work, ensuring everything fit correctly. We were very pleased with how everything looked at the end. We have also had to have our windows screens repaired from bird damage a few times. The warranty covered this, they came out and took care of the screens with no problem. Very pleased with the company and are going to use them again when we need any further repair or work done to our house. Highly recommend them.

Sales man was great with helping pick what we wanted.The windows arrivved early. the crew thay installed them treated like it was there own great job.

The first phone call, I spoke with an employee he said he would send the guys on an estimate and get back to me one week later no one had come out, I called to follow up spoke with the owner, he came out within 20 minutes. He had an estimate for me within an hour. The price was a about $2,800.00 more then the company I actually hired and his price did not include any trim work. So for this job the overall value wasn't there. He also said it would take a few weeks to complete the job. The company I hired had it done in 5 days. So Other than time frame and price I have no complaints.

My husband and I decided to have our roof reshingled and house sided. The roofing crew arrived around 8:00AM Monday. We were introduced to each member of the crew and discussed the details of our contract with the crew leader. While we were talking to him, the rest of the workers unloaded their tools and started to setup their ladders, etc. Tarps were laid down and they started to rip the existing shingles off the roof. The old shingles were loaded onto a trailer that we let them just keep in our driveway. We were asked later that first day if they could come earlier the next morning (7:00-7:30AM), we had no problem with that, we wanted to be as congenial as possible. Our house has a very steep pitched roof (cape cod style) built on the side of a hill, in some areas they would actually be 3 floors high The work was finished in 3 days, in which we received the product warranty and a life time guarantee on workmanship (which was important to us). Approximately two weeks later the siding crew arrived and again we were introduced to each member. We went around the house to discuss what we wanted done. We chose a staggered roughsawn vinyl siding for the entire house. I wasn't sure how wide I wanted the trim around the windows and doors, they made a few samples of various widths, so I could visually see what it would look like. The trim work was all formed here on site. I'm pretty picky about quality of workmanship, but these guys were pickier. This siding project took three weeks to complete and it looks great. The work was done as if they were working on their own homes. We were also visited by the salesman on each job to see how things were going. We have no complaints what so ever.

Our experience with Four Seasons was very positive and I recommend them without reservation. This winter, we were looking to replace 30 windows in our home to increase energy efficiency. We received five bids. While Four Seasons was not the lowest (see below), they were very responsive and willing to deal with us. Installation could not have gone better. Assisted by unusually warm winter weather and the fact that, during this slower part of the year, Four Seasons was able to supply a large team, all 30 windows were installed in four days. Workmanship was meticulous. We were amazed at how quickly the job went (and it wasn't a small job!) The only thing that bothered me a little is very minor: when we first went to them for a quote, the quote was only for their top of the line windows and came back very expensive. It wasn't until I went back to them with the other quotes we had received that they discussed less expensive windows with us. While, as mentioned, they did not give us the lowest quote, their customer service and responsiveness were excellent and we prefer to use a local business whenever possible. I feel in this case that the money was well spent. We are very happy with the job.

Their work was excellent. The crew was very professional and had a very appropriate attitude towards the job. They said they would have it done in a week, but it rained one day, so it took eight days to complete the job. The price was a little on the higher side but they did a very good job. We were very satisfied. They were on time and they cleaned up the area every night; they never left any nails lying around.

The brand was Restorations Windows Systems. They do a lot of business here and I've seen a lot of their signs. They did a really excellent job. The president of the company apparently comes to each project, as they are finishing and then walks the neighborhood. That is how I got in contact with him because he walks the neighborhood looking for yucky old windows. He hands out flyers and talks to you. He was a very personable guy and worked out a good deal. They delivered in a very timely fashion and did a beautiful installation. It is a whole year later and everything works.
