The ordering process went smoothly and Trent was very helpful with the process. The appointment for Randy to come out and get all the measurements was punctual and professional. The crew, foreman being Cody, showed up at the time they were scheduled to be here and did an amazing job of installing the counters and mounting the undercount sink. One seam that they took their time and made sure it was lined up correctly. I can't say enough good about the company, workers and just the experience as a whole. I would recommend them and would use them again if I need more counters. Just a great all around experience!

My customer name is Henrietta Alexander. I patiently waited almost 3 mons for an installation date. When they called to confirn a date they assured me it would be a 1 day job. Cole and another guy showed up. They got the counters in except one which they said was not on the truck when they left the warehouse and Trent would get back to us about bringing it back and the unamed guy said he had to stop work to go get his kids. They left all my backslashes in my garage next to one of my cars. We could not use that car until they moved the backsplashes. 2 days later we had to call and Carey ans the phone and said Trent was supposed to call us because the piece that didn't come had broken when it was cut. We complained about the backsplashes and Cole came 5 days later and installed several backsplashes but didn't put sealer where the backsplashes meet the counter to avoid stagnate water and mold. When Nick came with the piece that had broken we had asked Trent to have Nick to seal around the ends that were exposed. Nick did a sloppy job and when Cole had to come back to finish the backsplashes he had to correct what Nick did and he called Nick while at our house and called him a sloppy installer in front of us. We were still finding problems so we called Trent and he came to the house to investigate. He said Nick would come back and finish the ends of the backsplashes that were left raw. It took 5 visits from them and holding back the final payment of over 4,000. Trent took off 400.00 from the amount we owed. However, the issue I have overall is if we did not check behind these guys and keep calling the company the 9,000.00 job would have eventually been a moldy mess. They acted like they didn't know their job. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Just got my kitchen counter top installed by World Stone and it looks amazing. They have a great color selection to choose from and the service was great from start to finish, couldn't be any happier with the result.

Sink fell through with water in it. Caused major water damage to our home. Manager and Owner were not helpful. We were forced to file our own homeowners claim. No follow through or apology from World Stone. Our Insurance Co is now going after their insurance provider to recoup cost of the damages caused by their installers poor install (no supports).

We went to World Stone on a Tuesday after making an appointment with Trent. He showed us more slabs then you can imagine. We picked our favorite then left a deposit to purchase. He told us exactly when they were going to measure ( that was fascinating they came out with this box and took a digital image of our counters). Then we were able to book an installation date. We really liked being able to pick the date. We are a busy family, it was great being able to work the day out for my husband to have install on a vacation date we took months prior. We were offered to come in to lay out the slabs. We went in on a Friday. The people at World Stone had the slabs in a row so we could pick where we wanted our counters to be cut. Trent worked it out so our pieces were cut where we wanted and that the seams matched well. Installation took place about a week later. I cannot say enough... Professional, courteous, on time and job well done!!!! I normally do not write reviews good nor bad but this was a must for us.!! I would not even consider anyone else for granite. World Stone is a class act. Hands down the best place to go if you are considering countertops.

After several estimates we chose World Stone Group because of their selection, knowledge and their ability to get the job installed quickly. WSG just seemed to have a level of customer service that we didn't see in the others. The installation process was painless with little interruption and they cleaned up before they left. They even did a follow up to ensure we were happy. You can just tell that they have been doing this for years because it shows from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering countertops.

The sales people and install people were professional. The problem was in the measure. They were supposed to cover up edges left behind from the tear-out by adding an inch to the length of the granite. They did not. They were supposed to spread the kitchen faucet controls on the right to give us more room between the functions. They did this by putting the soap dispenser in the left corner and open the distance between the faucet, water control and sprayer on the right. They did not, they put them on 4 inch centers and had to put in the fourth hole on site (which didn't quite line up). They incorrectly measured the kitchen in two areas and the bathroom's entire top. They were able to shim some mistakes, but that is not a quality install. The thing that got me was that these were the measurer's suggestions and he failed to do it correctly. Overall, it caused more repair work for me, but it looks ok.

My wife and I decided to do a makeover of our basement which included new granite countertops for both our bar and bathroom. My wife noticed a television commercial on Ellen in early March that World Stone Group was running. When researching the company online, we discovered a promotion on their website, so we decided to contact them. We visited their showroom and were overwhelmed at the quantity and colors of granite slabs that they had on display. We met with Trent in their showroom and he basically toured us through their factory to explain how granite countertops are made and explained to us all the characteristics of the different granites. Long story short, we felt very comfortable with the entire operation so we ended up selecting our exact slabs for our project that day and signed a contract for them to do the job. They arrived the following week to do a digital template of our bar and measurements of our bathroom. Trent gave us our install date as soon as we signed the contract. The day before install, Lorenda called to explain a and quot;Pre Installation Checklistand quot; which we found very helpful to allow us to prepare for their arrival. The day of install, they arrived shortly after 9:00 am, the two installers, Jeramie and Cole, were very professional. They covered our floors and proceeded on with the install. The install took about 6 hours. Prior to leaving, they went over the installation checklist to make sure they completed all items and they collected the balance owing on the job. The job was perfect, the seams were tight and my house was clean. We were very pleased with how they respected our house and made sure they left it clean. Overall, World Stone Group was a pleasure to purchase from. They were very honest, informative and diligent on making sure they completed everything they were asked to complete. Most of all, the quality of the job turned out great and it makes a tremendous difference in the look in our basement. Highly recommend this company!

The process started with a trip to their place of business to look at the hundreds of slabs of granite. My wife and I went in on a Saturday and the place was crowded. In spite of the crowd everyone was very helpful and we ended up working with Robert Straky, the owner. He normally did not work on Saturday's but came in because he thought it might be busy. He was very patient with us and showed us many slabs that could meet our needs. My wife had some color samples from our kitchen and we finally selected a color that would work. I had a made a drawing of the kitchen with accurate measurements so Bob was able to give us a ball park estimate on the spot. We liked the estimate and gave a 50% deposit. Our kitchen is quite large and we would need over 100 square feet of granite. Because of this it would require selections from three slabs of granite. We arranged for someone to come out to do a field measure about a week later. A gentleman named Carey came out and took very accurate measurements and plugged them into a machine that produced a digital picture of the kitchen. By the way, he calls himself Cary Granite as a take off on the movie star. HA, HA. This information would then used to build a plastic template of the kitchen which would show every aspect of the tops. This was on a Wednesday and he said we could go back to the showroom on Friday and work with Lorenda who would actually tape the three slabs to show us exactly where the cuts would be made and exactly where the seams would be. She did a great job and my wife and I could really visualize what our new tops would look like. They had pulled the three slabs out of inventory and had them lined up for our convenience. We scheduled the install for 1 1/2 weeks later. The installation went beautifully Two gentlemen named Che and Paul arrived on time and placed tarps everywhere to protect the floors. They had the old tops out within an hour which seemed unbelievable and they did it without damaging anything. I don't know how they worked with the heavy, heavy new tops but they did it. They were very precise and got the two seams so you could not even see them. They attached the undermount sink and placed the cooktop. The finished product was absolutely beautiful. They carefully cleaned the kitchen and were on their way to another job after over seven hours at my home.Very, very professional. We would certainly recommend World Stone Group.

We contracted with World stone to install granite counter tops in our kitchen and laundry room. The purchase experience was excellent. However, everything changed on the date of installation. The granite counter tops arrived with an incorrect sink cut out. Instead of the 50/50 sink cut out that we contracted for, it was a 60/40 sink cut out. After much discussion with World Stone, we were told if we accepted the counter tops that they would 'take care' of us. World Stone completed the installation. However, our plumber could not re-connect the sinks, disposal and water supply lines until after the Memorial Day weekend. We were away for a long weekend and when we returned home we found that water had leaked from under the sink and covered our kitchen floor. Apparently, the water supply lines were not shut off well enough by the installers causing a slow leak over 4-5 days. Our hardwood floor in the kitchen was ruined. It has been a nightmare trying to resolve this issue with World Stone. We requested to file a claim with their insurance carrier but they refused to provide us with the required insurance information. It has taken 7 months to settle this claim. In the end, World Stone paid to refinish our hardwood floors and gave us a $150.00 credit for the 60/40 sink and sink cut out (up charge over the 50/50 sink) that we did not order or want. They really 'took care' of us. If I had it to do over again, I would have refused the granite, had World Stone absorb the loss and had the project completely redone to the contract specifications. No good turn goes undone.

Very responsive in the sales process. Excellent product. My countertops are beautiful, but I hate that they are still not right three weeks after install and six weeks after measure. I selected the exact slabs of granite at the fabricator's site. The measure was done digitally (so it should be right, correct?), and they not only came out to measure and then came back to check the fit with the template. It was three weeks between initial measure and install appointment (the salesperson had said 7-10 business days). The installers were to come for their "first appointment" between 9-11AM. They called at 11:15AM to say they would be another 45 minutes. After the install, I had exposed cabinet tops on one side (about 3/8"), a crooked stove rail on the other (11-degree angle), and my stove would not fit in the opening (stove was on-site and was available to measure to ensure fit). It has now been three weeks since the install, and they were supposed to make a service appointment today between 11AM-1PM. They called after 1PM to say they would not be here until 4PM, and I had to reschedule for another day later this week. To be fair, they did call two weeks ago to schedule service, but I was out of town that day. Today was the next available appointment. Office staff are courteous and understanding, but it is nearly impossible to reach service manager or someone with authority to address my scheduling or installation issues.
