I had several quotes for this project and Tom had the best price. Completed project on time and it was exactly how I wanted it. Will not hesitate to call and use again.

He did a good job. He was always on time, and he was very professional.

Tom and his crew came in and performed the necessary work in the time frame we were given. We had 2 support beams installed in order to maintain a single ceiling height in our new kitchen/family room that was converted from our master bedroom and dining room. The quality of work that was performed met all of our expectations and would recommend/utilize Wells Thomas LLC for any projects in the future.

I talked to the owned on the evening of 10/23/13. I was told they were just finishing up a job and I would received a call back some time on 10/24/13. That phone call never came.

Tom was responsive to my initial call as well as coming out to look at the problem I was having with the driveway drain. He explained what needed to be done, sent me a quote, and scheduled an appointment to have the work done within a week! The work done was excellent and as scheduled. When needed, will definitely utilize Tom's skills again in the future.

Thomas and his crew arrived on the day and time scheduled and did meticulous work. They spent the entire day here working continually. They found and repaired hidden problems and didn't leave until everything was spotless and refreshed. Everyone was polite, careful of my flower beds and neat. Today, Thomas returned to rework an area the animals must have bent. He answered my email promptly and was his usual conscientious self. He's a great guy.

We did not use them. Their estimate was way high, and they were just a handyman not a specialist. I had a real tile guy do it for less. He was fine. He was a nice guy. His responsiveness was good. He showed up when he said.

They were very good, very prompt and very reasonable. We decided not to go ahead with the project. Their prices seemed appropriate. We got the feeling that the person was experienced and knew what the job was and he was capable of doing it. He knew what the downsides were of the various options we asked for. He took a lot of time to explain things to us even though he was just there to give us an estimate. He took the time to give us full service. They came very quickly. We would probably contact them again if we decide to go ahead with the work.

Did not use and don't remember contacting for anything

Tom came out to provide an estimate to repair a sun porch that is sinking away from the house. He was very professional and very responsive. I decided to defer the repair and will call him in the future. He had done excellent work for me before at a good price. I highly recommend him.

Tom showed up when scheduled for and estimate and was courteous and helpful. He deternined what needed to be done. When he returned on the scheduled day, he repaired all areas that were leaking, His work was neat and professional.

It went really well, I was satisfied. They did a good job and were nice.

The estimate was a high but I went with Tom because he seemed personally vested in doing a quality job and had good reviews. He had a plan and spent time to think it through during the estimate. Some drywall had to be replaced in a room behind the hood. The room was to be painted so I told him there would be less work for him than he planned, just do the drywall and skip the paint. The mudding of the drywall was not a quality job, I was not happy with this. Tom and the painter pointed fingers at each other but it was Tom's job to speak up and get it done if the work he was supposed to do was not done to his standards. He admitted the job could have been done better. The air outlet door on the outside was was installed in such a way that the sheet metal was bent and the door would not close. Tom tried to fix it but to this day it does not close. He said there is air pressure in the house causing it to open. I held a flame in front of the gap and there is no air flow. So it was not pressure but was improper installation. Tom's plan was cut existing crown molding and return it back to the wall. He underestimated the length needed with the cuts that were needs so there was not enough crown. He wanted me to go on the hunt for the crown since it was old and probably hard to find. I said no, that is what I hired him for so he went and found it at home depot. It would take 6 weeks and $200 to get it. He wanted me to pay and finally said he would pay half. I discussed this with Tom and let him know when I make a mistake at work, I rectify it, I do not charge to customer for my miscalculation. If I did, I would be fired. He did not agree and chose not to rectify his mistake. He replaced a tile around my fire place that cracked and did not charge me for it. Overall he was a nice guy and knew what he was doing. He ran into some issues that are to be expected but did not take responsibility for his actions. If he did, I would have given a higher score.

I was satisfied with the work itself and it was probably engineered stronger than it needed to be, if anything. The communication was adequate, but there were a few times that Thomas didn't respond quickly or provide clear details. On a brighter note, his workers left a bit of debris in my yard which he came out and cleaned up, even giving me $20 for the inconvenience. I may use him again to work on my roof.

Contacted Tom for a quote to do work in our backyard. Tom was very prompt in providing an email response with a quote and as well as talking through the work to understand the details. Tom and his crew of 2 performed the job in approximately 6 hours and all the work was performed very well per the requirements. Tom and his crew were friendly and professional and we would use them again for future work needed as well as recommend them.

Thomas was extremely helpful in identifying a person to cut the Granite once he marked it up. He was very detail oriented, took his time to understand how the installation should be done. I liked the way he took time to plan before starting the job. Very detailed oriented, very helpful, I would use him again and trust him to do it right. I found the price to be a little on the higher side, but I think I paid for very good workmanship. The installation was not all that simple too.

Tom was great, as was the guy that assisted him. He gave us a detailed estimate, including various options. However, the most important thing that he did for us was to talk about the aesthetics and how different options might look. In addition, during the job he interacted with us about each facet and concern as it came up. Almost every detail was exactly the way we wanted it. The only one that didn't come out was the floor transition; he needed to put a step between the two rooms because the rooms had different heights. The was only a slight issue and Tom made the transition as well as was possible. The entire project turned out very well and without a doubt, we would be happy to work with Tom again. To add to it all, due to a miscommunication we actually overpaid Tom, and as soon as he recognized it, he showed up to return the money! Absolute professionalism and high ethics!

The result was great and he did not charge me anything for the work. I really appreciated his attitude and responsiveness to my request. . I will definitely call him again in the future. He has repaired a number of things for me in the past and the result has always been good. I respect the fact that he admitted immediately that the mistake was his and the shelf should have held.

I had a flood in my finished basement the year before and the drywall was cut out approximately two feet from the floor throughout the main room, bathroom, storeroom and bedroom. Unfortunately, I had a friend of a friend who needed some cash and promised me he could redo the drywall. For cheap! Big, big mistake... It looked like total crap. Plus the guy trashed the dropped ceiling in the process. So I found Wells Thomas and gave them a call. They returned my call the next day and three days later there was a team of professionals putting up the drywall and ceiling and correcting the first guy's mistakes. They worked fast! Tom also had an electrical contractor come in to correct a minor problem with my fuse box. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. After they had finished that part of the work I was so impressed that I had them paint the whole basement and stairwell too. They worked with me on my time schedule and kept me informed every step of they way. I recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
