Description of Work: Water was backing up in the pan under the furnace. Diagnosed that it was backing up from the drain for the humidifier. Separated the drain pan drain line from the humidifier drain line to prevent water from getting in the pan

Description of Work: Replaced Hot Water Heater. |The office staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our service provider, Guy Cline, was very pleasant, neat, efficient, and professional. He was very careful with the removal of the old tank and bringing in the new tank. He gave us several cost and warranty options to choose from for our budget. He explained the operation and safety features of the new Hot water heater and placed paperwork on the tank to help us keep track of when it was installed. |My husband and I were both very pleased with the outcome of this project, and with Thornton and Grooms and their staff.
