Description of Work: They replaced the meter bracket, riser etc that was ripped away from my house during a storm. DTE could not restore our power until this |work was done. Noonan gave me a quote within an hour and was able to complete the work within 24 hrs. Jay was punctual and very professional.

Description of Work: Due to water damage, our electricity was either dim or not working in that area. Because of a different type of fuse switch, our electrical box did not show a tripped circuit. The electrician came in, tested the outlets, and checked the fuse box in which he was able to see the circuit breaker problem. He flipped it and said that it was all set. Asked him about pricing some additional projects (so they knew I may be interested in additional business), in which the box gave me a quote over $150 higher than any other electric company that I contacted. Their service fee was $150, which is high but whatever, but they even went above that to charge me $154 for this guy literally flipping a switch!

Description of Work: We have used Noonan Electrical Services in the past and the work is always excellent. This job included installing several recessed lights in both the family room and kitchen, putting up two fixtures we had purchased in the kitchen, and removing a ceiling fan. All the work was very professional and everyone was a pleasure to work with. We had one complication due to the structure of our home, but they told us what our options were and worked around the problem with good results. My husband also wanted an additional modification made on our outside lighting and he worked back and forth with Mike via email to get this done in the best way. It was definitely worth while to have all this work done by true professionals.

He scheduled the appt. time at our convenience and the team showed up very promptly. They did a great job in a very timely and efficient manner. Could not be happier!!!

+ 1 moreI called him and he was in my area and stopped over that day. Gave me an estimate that was lower than the previous 2 electricians that I talked too. He answered all of my questions. He was very professional and friendly. He arrived on the day we agreed to have him do the work on time. He was nice about taking off his shoes at the door and laid down a work carpet so he left no marks on the carpet, which I really appreciated. He did the work with another helper in about 2 hours and then he vacuumed the work.

+ 1 moreI contacted Noonan on 5/2/2013. Estimate was to be performed on 5/3/2013. No show. (Mike's previous job took him longer than expected.) This is why I gave a "C" on responsiveness. I called back and asked for a reschedule. Mike came out on Monday 5/6 to perform estimate at agreed upon time. I was happy with price and the way he explained things and gave money saving options. I contracted the work for 5/9/2013. On 5/9/2013, I sub for the school district and was called to come to work that day. I immediately called Mike and explained my situation. He and another crew member came to my home IMMEDIATELY! They completed the necessary work and I was able to get to my job on time! GREAT JOB NOONAN! I will be contracting him again for the ceiling fan replacement. (Mike assured me that there would NOT be an additional service call charge for the "call back" job.)
Description of Work: Job 1.) Installed new breaker in circuit board to accommodate automatic pool cleaner booster pump. Job 2.) Replaced basement light fixture. Job 3.) Estimate on ceiling fan repair or replacement. All electronic! Paperless estimates and invoices. Very impressive.

They were very prompt, explained everything to me each time I had a question , & were very tidy. I would hire them again & recommend them to family & friends.
