It was frustrating because it's clear that they're cherry picking jobs. The person who schedules appointments would know if they were full for weeks to come without having to deliberate on it. My guess is she learned that we just have a simple repair and they wanted to wait for something bigger to come in. That being said, she was very polite so I'm giving them an A for professionalism.

The guys showed up at 8;30 AM, and got right to work. Everything was completed by 3:30 PM the same day. We were very satisfied with the work, and would definitely consider using Noonan in the future.

We called Noonan Electric to install a ceiling fan. They came out to do the work the next day. We couldn't be anymore pleased. The price was reasonable and everyone we dealt with was professional. We will use them again! I Highly recommend!

Fantastically. I cannot say enough about this company and its technicians. I called early on a Wednesday looking to get the job done quickly, as I had been given the run around by my other electrician. Not only was the company happy to help, they sent a crew out the same day, just a few hours later. Come to find out, it was the owner of the company! They were quick, clean and couldn't have been nicer-price was very competitive as well. Highly recommend.

Added a few new circuits to the main panel and ran wire for a room's worth of new electrical (switches, lights and outlets).

After contacting several electricians and getting a ridiculously expensive quote from another company FOR WHICH I HAD TO PAY, Mike Noonan came out within a couple of days of our initial contact, provided a FREE estimate, and scheduled service the same week. I felt the price was fair. The electricians who came to the house arrived on time (actually a bit early), were pleasant and professional, got to work and finished the job very quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. They replaced the fan, reconnected the tubing to the outside vent - it had come loose from the old fan, which was apparently venting directly into the attic - and replaced the wall switches. I couldn't have asked for a better service call! Definitely recommend Noonan and will call them again if the need arises. Can I give them an A+?

The Guys were great, even did the installation of the cabinet for the wall oven. I called on a Friday and the guys arrived to do the work on Monday. Somewhere in the process of moving the bulky and extremely heavy stainless oven into the cabinet opening the stainless got a ding on it. Mike personally took the door off and had the ding fixed for us, he went above and beyond. You just don't find service like this anymore. I look forward to recommending him to friends and neighbors.

Mike was great! Did all of the essential work required as part of a home sale to get our house up to code. He found ways to save us money, was on time, did the work in between some of his larger jobs to accommodate our timing constraints. Highly recommend, we are getting ready to use him again to do some installations in our new home!

There was a hiccup with scheduling as they were doing a same day appointment. But even though I had to drive home they were willing to wait the twenty minutes. They went to work immediately. Knew what they were doing and finished fast. This was unlike handy mans that fart around and guess on how to do everything and move slow. Also were mindful of possible messes that would be made. If all contractors were like these guys life would be good. Nothing to complain about.

Overall the guys were very friendly, explained everything as they were working. They cleaned up their mess before they left. Only issue I had was they have 2 phone numbers for the business and no one to answer your call. I had to leave several messages over a span of 3 days before anyone called me back to set up appointment.

EXCELLENT! Mike Noonan responded immediately to our call, came and gave an on site estimate, and was courteous, professional, and made my wife and I feel totally comfortable. Even our kids liked him. He completed work that was required for the sale of our home and the work was completed perfectly and cleanly. The cost was competitive to other estimates we had received. In the past, we have had a lot of work done in our home, but Mike was the most courteous and helpful contractor we have ever had. He goes above and beyond what is asked of him. We are already planning to hire him for some work to be done in our new home and feel comfortable recommending him to all our friends and neighbors.

Company representative did not show up and did not call to reschedule or cancel. After reading such positive reviews from other customers, I was especially disappointed that I did not even merit a phone call after the no-show.

I called Noonan because of the favorable reviews on Angie's List. Mike came right out to give me an estimate for the job the same day I called. He was very personable and professional. He examined each room where we were contemplating work, and made valuable suggestions. He was able to schedule the work for the following week. He also honored the Angie's List coupon. Mike's crew, two electricians, came on time and set to work. They were able to fish the wires in the family room without making any cuts in the drywall, other than for the cans, themselves. In the living room, they needed to make several cuts on the ceiling and the wall with the light switch. Before they started, Mike made sure that I knew that there were likely to be dry wall repairs and painting needed after they were finished. I feel that the crew tried their best to minimize the repairs. The crew started at 8:30 and were finished by 3pm. They worked well together and stayed focused. They worked efficiently indicating that they were very experienced. Everything worked as planned. We were very pleased.

They put in a three way switch. They ran the wire for the ceiling fans and installed the fans. It was an excellent service.

We remodeled our kitchen ourselves and needed the work done in two pieces. They were very helpful in working with our schedule. They arrived on the early end of the scheduled time slot. Everything turned out great and we had them do more than what we originally thought we would have them do.

It went well both times. As a female, I felt very comfortable with him in my home. A lot of times you are not real sure who will be coming to your home and I have often times had some sketchy men that left me feeling quite anxious, but that is not the case with Mike. He is a very professional, normal guy who I believe anyone would feel comfortable having him in their home.
