Very well....started on time. Problems addressed and solved.

The entire process was literally perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything better! They came out to provide an estimate at exactly the time promised, and the estimate was much better than the other estimate I recieved. Their estimate actually included one more coat, and it came out at a far lower price than another company that only offered two coats. Since it was a condo, they went out of their way to minimize any disruption or inconvenience to the neighbors, and they even asked if the Condo had any rules or requirements they would need to follow. They were very senstive to the the needs of the neighbors. As I had a quick turnaround with the project, they were amazingly responsive and able to do the job on short notice. In fact, they worked all weekend long Friday, Saturday and Sunday to complete the job, and complete it was. They took great effort to keep the condo clean and protect the paint on the baseboards. In short, they treated my condo just like I would...even better. I could not be more pleased with this company. I only wish every company operated like they do. If you have any hardwood floor refinishing needs, you really don't need to look anywhere else. I will definately use them again in the future when the need arises. What a pleasure to do business with!

He came on time every day and did a great job.

Victor arrived right on time to give us and estimate which we found to be very competitive. We arranged a date to start the work following and estate sale that we held. He arrive with his equipment and went right to work on the upstairs floors and we gave him keys to the house and left with a load of furniture to our new primary residence up north. It takes 2 and a half days to do the sanding, staining and application of 3 coats of floor finish and do the ultra-violet treatment. We arrived back home some days to find 2 rooms of beautiful floors upstairs.We arranged with Victor to do the downstairs 2 weeks later while we continued to live in the house. We were able to walk on the floors each evening during this process. The drying time for the products that he uses is very fast and the ordor is minimal even to my wife's sensitive nose. I was able to install baseboard immediately after he left at mid afternoon on the third day and prep for the painters who arrived first thing the next days.In all it was a very good experience working with Victor. He does good work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Flooring was installed over 30 years ago and had never been refinished. Flooring was significantly damaged from roof leaks resulting in flooring being warped and large and uneven spaces between oak boards. By the time Victor was done the floors looked beautiful and damaged flooring turned into high quality finished floors. Excellent work and craftsmanship of the highest quality. What I appreciated most was Victor's integrity. When he quoted work it was the final price. Because of the damage and other problems encountered during the job, Victor did not increase prices for unexpected surprises. His price is final no matter what surprises are encountered ? as it relates to the work quoted. If other problems were encountered beyond the work quoted, we would discuss the problem and Victor would give us a quote and that quote was final. When I first met Victor to discuss the job, he was very focused on the character of flooring and what stains would be for the flooring. While this may seem a common practice, he came back to meet with my wife to discusses stain/finished and stained wood to make sure we picked the right stain and finish. Because he has exceptional skills/craftsmanship, he helped guide us to make the right decisions. In short, he was proactive in working with us to make the right decisions on the floors to accomplish what we were trying to achieve with the entire remodeling of our townhouse. Our remodeling expectations were achieved due, in major part, to the quality of floors accentuating the remodeling. Victor is not satisfied until you are satisfied. He has a great personality, dedicated to the highest quality work and works with you until you are satisfied. Finally, I recommend using the UV curing. While more expensive, it was worth it. We had a lot painting after the job was done and the paint came off the floors with little effort. In short, the UV curing method allows the flooring to handle spills, mimizes the risk of scratching floors and handling general wear and tear of 2 active dogs. In short, no matter what the finished floors have encountered, they look as good as new..

Work was never performed. Business refused to even come see the job to be quoted as to me living in Detroit. I am about 15 minutes from where the business is located.

I found Victor here on Angie's list. I contacted him a couple of weeks before I needed to have the service performed. He performed the service during the week I needed, and was able to provide some leads for painting I needed to have done during the next week. Victory always showed up a 9 am as agreed and completed the job in three days. He used his time efficiently while here. He used email tokeep me up to date, and called if necessay. He always cleaned up at the end of the day. I have already recommended him to a couple of friends.

The job went very well - the install job was done on time and the end appearance is excellent. The new hardwood floor abuts two other rooms with existing hardwood floor and the transitions from room to room are very well done. Victor is one of the hardest working skilled craftsmen that we have ever encountered. The cleanup after the install job was very thorough, Highly recommended.

We agreed on a time 7:30. I assumed am, he meant pm. I called when he did not show. I acknowledged that we misunderstood each other (easy to do since he has a thick accent). His response was, "o.k., bye". No attempt to reschedule. I did not bother calling back because he obviously did not need the contract. I find this very unprofessional. I can't obviously talk to his workmanship.

It went very well - on time, when he said he'd be there and very little mess. He cleaned up after he was done completely. Great job.

He was easy to work with, professional, always prompt and left my place spotless. He also set a time line, promised to have it done by a certain date and he did. I highly recommend him.

Things started out well. Victor came at the promised time and seemed quite knowledgeable about the best methods for refinishing my sad-looking oak flooring. His estimate was the highest I received out of 4 companies contacted. However, I was prepared to contract with him/his company but decided I wished to have a different water-based sealant/coating used than the one originally quoted. Response to my first e-mail re. which products he would be using was prompt. However, his response to my second e-mail was delayed for about 3 days and finally, in response to a third e-mail inquiring about his experience with, and ability to substitute, a different water-based sealant, Victor claimed, 3 days later, that he was sorry for his delay in responding but that he was "out of town, and barely have access to the internet. I will be out of town for a while, and I don't have your quote with me, so I can't say." I never heard from him again — a definite brush-off, which I consider very unprofessional.

They did a really good job. They were very punctual and they were there every time when the flooring was being done. They explained all things thoroughly and what they were going to do. We had no problem with them. I rate them high overall. I would use them in future if needed.

Victor was very professional. My husband called him a "craftsman". He was prompt in giving us an estimate - his was slightly lower than the others. He arrived on time each day. The work was done very well. He actually cleaned our garage floor and stairway to decrease the chance of dirt getting on the new floor. We highly recommend him.

He came out and did th4e measurements and told me the rate he would charge to refinish my floors and to install shoemolding in my living and dining rooms and hallway.

Victor was polite and on time each day. He did what he said he was going to do in the time that he committed to. We had holes in the floor where radiators used to be and he removed those pieces of wood and replaced them. The only thing I didn't realize is that there was a missing piece of molding where the radiator was that I thought he would replace, but he didn't. I should have probably said something, so I can't blame him. I've attached before and after photos. We hope to have Victor do more work for us in the future.

Victor was punctual and professional. The floors look wonderful as does the ceilings. I would surely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Victor removed carpet ( the big companies like Lumber Liq., Home Depot, Lowe's charge extra for that) Was always on time. Cleaned up everyday. Very Professional. I felt like the trim work could have been better. When Victor came out to give the estimate he said the flooring would need to set for 3 days to adjust to house temp. and humitity, but he installed it the same day he deliveried it. That makes me alittle nervious. When I questioned him he said it was in a heated warehouse. So time will tell. The floor looks beautiful. Tho, I thought the trim was sloppy. Never seem a man work any harder than Victor. Just hope that he wasn't rushing thru it by installing the floor without allowing it to adjust to house humitity and temp.

It was very good. He did the work very well and very quickly. He did it very efficiently and it looks nice. The owner did the work. He put up covering so there wouldn't be dust all over the house. I don't know what kind of equipment he used but there was not a lot of dust, which was nice. He was on time and I knew when he was going to be back the next day. He was always very clean and took everything with him when he left. He didn't leave a mess anywhere. I would recommend him.

I contacted 4 companies all listed on Angie?s list for my project of refinishing the entire first floor which consisted of two bedrooms with large closets the hallway living room and entryway and hallway closets and only 3 responded. The highest quote I received only does 2 coats of polyurethane and the other quote I got the company just gave me the quote over the phone didn?t even want to see the condition of the floor. When Victor came over for the quote he mentioned that no matter what I decided to do that I should fix the humidifier before doing anything to the floors. Victor showed a portfolio of completed jobs and supplied a detailed, written estimate. Well I noticed on Angie?s list that Victor's Hardwood Flooring also did painting, so I inquired about painting the living-room, hallway and entryway. In addition, half of the ceiling in living-room was in awful condition with lots of chipping paint. I had read all the reviews on Angie?s list and after seeing the portfolio of completed jobs I hired Victor to Refinish the floors and paint the living-room, hallway and entryway. Also I wanted to try and get it completed before Jan 29. Victor called telling me he could start Jan 21 I gave him the keys that Friday morning when he arrived and I left for work. When I returned Friday night I was astonished the living-room ceiling looked incredible and the living-room, hallway and entryway were all painted. The painting job was outstanding. Saturday he sanded and filled in all the holes from the carpet tack strips and cable TV installers. Sunday stained floor with natural stain and applied first coat of polyurethane. Monday applied second coat of polyurethane and Tuesday applied final coat of polyurethane. Victor is professional, punctual, clean and very experienced in his work. He worked persistently for 5 straight days and used quality materials. I?m extremely pleased of the quality of worked performed and his responsiveness he went above and beyond what I imagine. I definitely recommend Victor?s Hardwood Flooring to everyone.

We didn't use them. He was fine but we didn't use him because his price was so low that we thought it was too low. That was our deterrent. We got 4 estimates and he was the lowest by a lot and we wondered why.

They were very professional, quiet, and arrived on time. They also removed the furniture from the rooms.

Victor worked diligently for 5 straight days, 9 t0 5. He was punctual, neat , clean and very knowledgeable of his work. He was the owner and only worker for his business and felt he has a responsibility to do an excellent job. I am very very happy with the results and am very appreciative of his dedication to his work. It is very obvious that he loves what he does and is willing to go 'above and beyond' to create an excellent job. The results were absolutely fabulous,and I am very happy with the floors.!!!

We haven't done the work yet, but we chose someone else. They were professional but we felt the experience wasn't there because of the length of time they had been in business.
