His prices were right about in the middle of the other 2 quotes we got for similar work. He didn't try to up-sell us more than we needed. Very respectful regarding our time and convenience. No real disruption of our routine. Cleaned up afterwards.

 + -1 moreKBR Heating and Cooling arrived at our home in the morning on a bad weather day. He came in and gave us an estimate for a good furance, a better furnace and the recommended furnace. He clearly explained the differences in each one and why they were suited to our home They called ahead and gave us a time estimate for arrival. We live a good distance from their home base. The went immediately to work and never stopped. The old furnace was dismantled and an new one up and running same day. They were professional, polite and cleaned up after their work. They explained the furnace- how it 'thinks' and what to expect the first week or so. It is such a pleasure to be informed by someone as they are working -why they do what they do- and not act like they are bothered by questions. These gentleman answered all questions. The price of the furnace and why it was recommended for our home was understood clearly. We would recommend KBR Heating and Cooling to our family and friends.
Description of Work: KBR arrived at our home on short notice (our furnace was on it's last legs in very cold weather) and gave us an estimate for a new furnace. He explained the difference in furnaces and gave us; good, better and best estimates. He then explained how each one was different and functionality of each. He and his son then installed a new furnace within a short period of time.
