+ 0 moreWarren responded in a timely fashion and gave an honest appraisal. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, but made us aware of the options available to handle our request. Because Warren did all the work himself, he made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. I found him to have a high level of integrity and honesty, which is all I can ask for in someone doing work in our home. I would definitely use him for an wiring issues that come up in the future. It is of note that he followed up about one week later to make sure everything was working well.
Description of Work: Despite our phone provider's best efforts, we were having difficulty with the second land line in our house. There was a constant "buzzing noise" in the background. Ultimately, he was able to locate a portion of the wiring which needed to be replaced.
