Description of Work: We've been paying astronomical utility bills. My husband and I have been disagreeing about why our bills are so high so we've not done anything to resolve the problem. There was a discount coupon for Ecotelligent Homes to come and test your home's energy efficiency for $140. It was the best money I ever spent. There were 2 engineers that came to my home and checked all of our electric and gas systems connections (water heater, furnace, a/c). The went into our attic and inspected the insulation quality. Then they performed an air pressure/flow test that showed exactly where all the loss of heat/cool air was going and why we were losing money. They were able to provide us with excellent solutions that were priced within our budget. This is a very legitimate company and I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Comprehensive energy audit including use of infrared imaging to map regions of heat escape. Detailed proposal for remediation. They did a very thorough audit and I am pleased with their work. I have not yet decided to follow up with the proposed improvements as it is going to be quite expensive.

Description of Work: Home evaluation was awesome. Highly recommended. Prices for "follow up services" where through the roof high ($6k-20k!). That said, they did not put a lot of pressure on me to do these follow up service which was much appreciated and very professional of them.

Description of Work: Ecotelligent Homes personnel were extremely professional. They spent quite a lot of time at the house and performed several tests. The report they provided was delivered on the spot and was easy to understand. I didn't give them all top ratings because I felt that their prices for closed cell insulation were high, and that they omitted many lower cost recommendations that were appropriate (for example, ductwork sealing, recessed light air leakage.)

Description of Work: Amanda performed an energy audit and gave us recommendations on how we could lower our energy costs. I wanted to have them complete the spray foam insulation in the basement rafters, but my husband wanted to do it.
