My opener went out overnight and I wasn’t able to get it back working. I reached out to Delet Door through Angi and their inquiry form on their website. Dave reached out immediately the next morning and had Byron come out to give it a look. After getting the news of my opener being shot, a new one was installed. They also beat a competitor of theirs by just over $500. Great job.

I've used Delet Door in the past for work on my garage and they have been great. Unfortunately I ordered a entry door and storm door approximately 6 months ago. The follow up on the order has been non existent on their part and only when I'm contacting them to inquire the status do I receive any news. After being told for the past 60 days that everything is all set they were just waiting for the glass to be installed on the entry door I finally received a call for installation 3 weeks ago. The day before installation I receive a phone call from Delet that the storm door is not in yet. I told them to go ahead and install the entry door. The installer shows up right on time and was very efficient. I then hear a Oh Oh from him. My entry door has a large chip missing right on the frame of the window glass. How in the world can a damaged door be shipped and no one notices a huge chunk missing from the molding. I am still waiting to hear when the storm door will be installed and the framing on the entry door replaced. Extremely disappointed to say the least!!! Update--The bottom molding on the door has come off leaving sharp edges and a nail sticking out. I've been hung up on numerous times during the last two months from Yafa the owner and her daughter Leatt trying to get a resolution. I leave messages and never get a phone call back. They took my money and now when there is an issue I get yelled at for bothering them.

Nick was prompt and professional. He completed the job, sooner than expected. He offered further assistance with any issues in the future.

The experience was very good starting from the initial quote. Everything was fully explained and there wasn’t any pressure to up-sell. We had a manufacturer’s delay waiting for the doors, and in the interim freely provided with parts enabling the continued operation until the door arrived. The installation was quick, tidy and professional. I would recommend Delet Door in future, for the personal and professional service provided.

if you're looking for professionalism in the company I'll outstanding customer service please the stroll pass delete doors this is not the place the lady who answer the phone is absolutely horrible need to take a class in being personable and showing professionalism when it comes to the customers at least give the customers the decent courtesy of getting their statement out or with their trying to say expressing themselves she kept cutting in the conversation such a nasty demeanor if you have this person answer your phone and handling your phone in 2021 you probably would not have no clients just horrible I hate that I spent a dollar with you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I requested a quote on-line in the evening and received a call by 8am the next morning. Once I received the information about which Garage Door Opener was recommended, I did the research on-line. After receiving three more quotes, Delet Door was the least expensive by a large margin. I copied the specifications from the website and put it in to Angie's list and asked for a written confirmation that this is what I was receiving. I received the confirmation very quickly and I scheduled that installation the next day. Nick was on-time, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to install the new Garage Door Opener in about an hour. Nick also tweaked a few things on the door mechanisms as well, then showed me how everything worked and we tested all remote/entry components. Excellent job.

Delet Door was able to provide next day service for our garage door. The lift mechanism was broken and they replaced it with a much improved system. They were very professional, arriving on time and calling 30 min before to let me know they were on the way.

Tim responded quickly and was at my house 30 minutes after we spoke. Had the parts and finished same day. Top notch!

Got my scheduling mix up with a different customer. Was supposed to be the first stop of the day . But when they didn’t show close to the time I called and found out that they get their customer. Time mixed up . I had to wait until 1 pm. After they installed the unit my remotes were opening and close my neighbors door and my new one. My neighbor is waiting for the company to install his new power head so I can use the remotes on me new unit. Hope the problem gets fixed soon!

Probably the only thing I'd say that isn't positive is that they said they really wouldn't work on my current garage door opener. He tweaked it to get it running, but he said that probably would happen again because that unit wasn't that long-lived. It was a screw drive, which the tech, Nick, said was worse than a chain drive. He indicated that it would probably not last much longer and was surprised at how long it had lasted. He suggested replacing it, which I decided to go ahead with -- but that was a lot more money than I had expected to spend that day. At least, he did discount me the repair cost and only charged me for the new unit.

A neighbor referred Delet when a wire snapped on our garage door opener rail. In iomws, they spliced the wire, and tested the door. Ok, but came out next day & spliced it better realizing what went wrong, ok, now.

Received another quote. Stopped into Delet Door They were very professional, easy to work with and fave me a great price! The installer came and installed the new garage on time as scheduled

Linda was awesome to deal with from inquiry to the purchase. I was informed of a 4 week lead time and to call back when that far out. I did and target was Nov 1. Well, when it came around to Nov 1, they could not do it until Dec 1. That's a significant difference. Informed it was a all day install (but we knew the scope up front). In fairness, she did call back with a mid-Nov install due to a cancellation. I already scheduled the time off with work for 12/1. Day of install, they showed up about 11am (all day for me is 8 hours and was expecting no later than 9am start). Just listing facts, their start time did not matter to me. The gentlemen was fine and the kid helper was very polite and seemed appreciative (thumbs up for the kid). Work looks really great except for one detail. The wiring for the lasers I expected to run up the wall, across the header, then straight to the door opener. Instead, it was tossed in the rafters and run loosely (no staples) from the corner of the garage over to the opener. I have items in the rafters (storage) so it's reasonable to see this will be an issue. Punctuality a B (would say A-). Reason - extra weeks of delay for install (primary). Quality a B (would say A-). I really don't want to provide B, but to toss the wire in the attic that way is not excellent / prideful work. He had the wire (it was left in the boxes of trash they left... btw, I agreed they could leave the boxes of garbage). I've kept it and will end up finishing the work in the Spring. Overall is still an A. In the full and complete service provided, were they perfect? No, but real close in my book. There is a lot of elements in the full service and scope of work. If AL had a +/- value, they'd get an A (vs A+) with 2 minor dings (of A-). If/when I have an issue here or at any of my rentals, they will be the team I call.
