BUSH BROTHERS ASPHALT PAVING INC

The initial driveway installation was fine however, in 4 years it started coming apart. I called the company and one of the brothers came out but he was more focused on our golden retriever than looking at the driveway. He had been bitten by a dog and was still frightened of any dog. We put our dog in the house (a very gentle dog - non aggressive) to make him more comfortable but all he talked about was being bitten by this pit-bull type of dog. He left saying he would send a crew out to fix the cracks. I have never been able to get them to respond again. I have called them twice a year since then and have been given the run around every time. The woman who answers the phone always claims they're very busy but... she will talk to one of the brothers and have one of them call me back... well, it's been 3 years and I am still waiting. My last contact was in June of this year (2014). The same woman answered the phone and, once again, cried about how busy they were but promised that she would, THIS TIME FOR SURE, have someone call me back. I'm still waiting. They just will not support the work they do. I was not asking for something for nothing. I told them I was willing to pay them to come and repair this driveway. They basically have told me they will only get back to me when they run out of "big" jobs. The result is: I will never call them again. I'm done begging them to let me pay them more money to fix what they have already been paid for. They appear predatory; once they get their money... they're gone. I strongly DO NOT recommend this company.

Contacted this company first week of April. Man came out, gave us a reasonable quote on April 10. We accepted his bid through e-mail. Didn't hear from him again. Called him after Memorial Day to get an idea of when he'd be out to do the work but we never got a firm answer. Waited 2 weeks, called again and got his voicemail. Called a total of 3 times, recieved his voicemail without ever recieving a return call before calling the company, where we reached the secratary. We expressed how upset we were and she passed the message on to her boss. The next day, we got a call. The owner told us to expect a crew out to do the work in July sometime. We were very frusturated with this company. We called a new company, they came out the next day and also gave us a reasonable quote. We accepted the bid Friday and they started the work Monday.

They did a fabulous job in two days. They were competitive with most company's prices and they were the best in the area. They also came back and helped me with little things free of charge. The company is awesome. They even put a drain line in free of charge.
