+ -1 moreThe team here was able to field my call the same day. Fixed a potentially non-fixable problem with an older external AC unit. They got my AC back up and running within a couple hours on an extremely hot day. The rate was reasonable given the conditions and nature of the problem. I feel like other HVAC service provides would have balked at fixing this unit, but they were determined and made it happen! They were also super helpful in explaining what was wrong and directions on further maintenance of the AC unit to keep it working.
Description of Work: External AC unit not working properly.

+ -1 moreThey were the first to call, I set up an appointment for the next day (Friday). They were to show up between 3-5pm. No show. I called them at 5:30pm, person said they would still come to my house, they work till 8pm, 8:30pm no show, didn't even get a call the next day.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A REAL GOOD JOB. WHEN THEY CAME THEY DID NOT GO OVER THE TIME THAT THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION THAT I HAD. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: THEY CAME AND INSTALLED A NEW AIR CONDITIONER.
