They installed it today, and everything went well. They match Lowe's pricing so I was able to negotiate free delivery and free haul away. We have consistently used ABC for all sorts of appliances and electronics.

My husband and I were looking at dishwashers. The salesperson showed us different models and quoted us a very good price on one we were interested in. He did not let us leave until he quoted us a price we would accept. He did not have the model in stock, but assured us he could find us one. We waited while he called several other stores, and even though he still could not find one, he assured us he would find one and call us when he did and that it should be here in 3 to 5 days. We waited an entire week with no word from him. Finally we came back and he had no recollection of us, but the model we had ordered was on the floor waiting to be sold. When he realized that was ours, he offered no apologies, but completed the sale. Then his manager took him aside in front of us and scolded him for underselling the dishwasher. After that, his demeanor to us was very unfriendly and he complained loudly to his coworkers. This was possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not buy anything else from ABC Warehouse. We did get a good deal, but we were treated most unprofessionally.

In one week, we called the warranty repair 3 times, got 3 visits. The repairman checks the dryer to see if the heating elements come on, which they do at the beginning of the cycle, and then leaves with no analysis of the real problem. Based on an Internet search I found that a and quot;Cycling Thermostatand quot; could be the issue. It governs the timing for the heating element to shut off so it does not overheat. In our case, I would think it is defective, shuts off and never allows the heating to come back on. The repairman's obligation is to see if the dryer runs, the heating element comes on. It does that in the first minute. He then walks out since and quot;the unit is workingand quot;. He cannot remain on site for 20 minutes to see that it stops heating, he has and quot;other callsand quot;. Per ABC warehouse, that is their total warranty obligation and doing any more analysis than that cannot be performed. Nice. Today, I used Angie's List to locate an appliance repairman who is highly recommended, the heck with the warranty. It did not help in my case. I suppose if the unit just stopped working all together, it would be nice to have the warranty, but only then.

The sales person was very helpful in trying to get appliance's together for us to put into a kitchen in a house we were selling. He helped identify products that were midline and appropriate for the need. The prices were competitive.

THIS COMPANY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I CALL THEM TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY COME OVER, FIX THE PROBLEM, AND LEAVE. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND THEY MAKE SERVICE CALLS SIMPLE. THEY DO THE JOB VERY QUICKLY AND VERY WELL.
