I sent a request via the website to have someone come out and provide an estimate on a sliding glass window along with looking at two other windows. I received a call the next day advising that I would hear from someone in three or four days to schedule and appointment. She advised that it would probably take 3 weeks to get out as they have been very busy becuase of Angies list. I said that was fine, I would wait for the call from the estimate. It has now been more than 2 weeks and no call from the estimate. When you say someone is going to call, you should have them call. I don't care about having to wait for someone to estimate or do repairs, but no call is unacceptable.

I placed an initial call on a Monday, spoke with a receptionist who was very polite, took my information and told me that the information would be passed on for a call back from someone else to schedule a time for an estimate. I never ever received a call back and am still waiting. If I would have looked a little closer at the feedback on this contractor he has a habit of this and then explains it away onto the customer. Good try. Does not work with me. Thanks but no thanks.

A couple of days before the in home appointment. They canceled it and cited too busy.

They were on time, and they showed up when they said they would. They answered all my questions and they were courteous.

We had some trouble with scheduling and weather but the work was done well and the windows look and work great.

I placed an initial call on a Tuesday, spoke with a receptionist type who was very polite, took my information and told me that the information would be passed on for a call back from someone else to schedule into the following week for an estimate. I never received a call back, so two days later (Thursday) I sent an email to the contact listed on the Angie's list referral. He did return my call, I explained what we were looking for, and he indicated that they weren't so much interested in just doing one window, but maybe he would give me a call back later to come take a look. We actually also were looking to have a closet constructed, and some drywall repair. The services listed on Angie's List included "small construction projects", but since I started off with their specialty and couldn't get past scheduling someone to come give an estimate, we never even got far enough into a conversation for me to ask about the other issues. Fine if a window company wants to put it's focus on full house replacements or other large jobs, but that should be indicated in the information posted on Angie's List. I wouldn't have wasted effort trying to chase them down.

It went smoothly and effortlessly. The men who worked were conscious of being neat while they worked, and were extremely respectful in my home. The job was done impeccably, and I was so happy with the results. I'm actually looking to do more in my home like the roof, and other odd jobs. The windows are pretty, and work beautifully. I'm so glad I called 21st Century windows. I shopped around to the big window companies, and the prices were very high, when I called in this company, they were much less in costs, yet the quality of window is excellent. The owner, Mark Teufel couldn't be more helpful,and when I mentioned a small crack in my brick, he quickly fixed it, along with getting his guys to do my gutters because they were clogged. These are the kinds of companies I love because they truly care about the customer.

The job went great. Mark Teufel ( The owner) sent one of his men out to complete the job, in which he cut and installed a gate. I wanted this gate installed for privacy to my yard, and so I needed someone out here right away because I just bought a pool and it was visible to the road. Mark sent out his guy immediately to my home and did an amazing job! I am so happy with the results, and I had immediate privacy to enjoy the pool. Mark is a very conscientious business man, and I intend to use him for many other jobs within my home. 21st Century windows is the kind of company that be used for quality, service, and good pricing.

We had a very hot weather at that time. Even though Mark was busy that time, he stopped by and repaired our air conditioner. Of course, it is working just fine! Mark is very nice responsible guy who does a great job!

Mark is very professional and responsible. He installed a bay window and it was done very nicely. We definitely ask them again!! Highly recommended!!!

It went great. They did it in one day. Mark and Bruce are very professional, they do a great job. They do what they say they are going to do.

Mike was honest and upfront with me. He couldn't do the job. He really wanted to help me out, but unfortunately he was tied up on some very big jobs. He told me to go to Lowells they could install my storms doors cheaper than he could. He was very honest and upfront and I appreciated that very, very much!

Mark and his crew did the original work which was done very well. Then we discovered that the trim had not been finished by his crew. Mark promised to take care of this, even though we had paid for the original job already and had given our ok. As promised, he returned and finished all of the work without our having to call him as a reminder. We were very pleased with his responsiveness.

Company came out, explained what would be covered, what would be extra. I got to customize the service to concentrate on the areas I was concerned about, so I felt that I really got my money out of the deal. Really liked that they would work with me like that.

The owner, Mark, came to my home as scheduled. He was very professional and thoroughly inspected my home from top to bottom. I told him that I need to replace all of the windows in my home, but due to the large number of windows, I would have to do the process over a couple of years. He recommended several things to help out with my insulation issues, but never pressured me to spend more than I had budgeted. Mark even worked around my busy schedule for installation. He was extremely patient with me when I had to reschedule (more than once) and when I was difficult to get in touch with over the phone. On installation day, Mark came by in the morning to introduce me to his employees that would be working in my home. The men were courteous and professional throughout the installation process. They checked with me a couple of times to make sure that everything looked ok and that I did not have any questions. They cleaned up after themselves when they were through. Mark even came by again at the end of the installation to make sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction and to demonstrate how to care for my new windows.

the woman I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. she told me a technician would be phoning me back with a time and date for the estimate to be completed. I never heard from them again. that was almost 1 month ago.

Stopped by on time. Their service guy did the work and completed everything on time.

We only needed one vinyl window since we were remodeling our bathroom. And, we needed it within two weeks since our project start date got moved up. I spoke with Mark, the owner. He was extremely professional and personable. I gave him the measurements that I took and he said that he would see if he could bring me a window that he already had in stock so I wouldn't have to order a custom one. He explained that he was in the middle of a huge job (20+ windows) in my area, so he would be able to send someone from that site to do an estimate right away and to confirm my measurements. He actually apologized for not doing the measurements himself, which was pleasantly surprising. Mark sent a very knowledgeable man (I believe it was Dave) who, after measuring the window, explained that it would need to be a custom job. We placed the order that day. Dave stated that it would be a "rush" job so we would have it in time for our installation date, which was exactly two weeks away. When it got close to the installation date, I needed to know if in fact the window had been completed and ready for install. But, I had not received a phone call letting me know if it was ready. I had to reach out and make the contact to Mark, who answered his phone and confirmed that it was ready. He said that we would need to be flexible with the specific time of day they would arrive since they were squeezing it in between jobs, which was not a problem at all. Mark came in the afternoon and installed the window. My husband was home, and said that he was professional and personable (again). He got it done quickly and efficiently and did not leave a mess behind him. All of the other contractors working in our bathroom commented that the installation was very well done, and that we got a nice quality window. This was most certainly an "A" performance from start to finish in my book, especially since we received the same high quality customer service as a customer who order many more windows. This kind of attention to all customers encourages me to use his services again and recommend his services to my family and friends. The only thing that bothered me... and this was very minor... was that I needed to reach out and contact him to find out if the window was ready. I had assumed that I would receive a call once it was done and to assure me that they were ready to go for our installation date. Mark did admit that since he handles all aspects of his business, it can be very difficult sometimes to keep track of all the projects. Again, this was an extremely minor concern and he always answered his phone. So, don't be afraid to call for updates on your project. It does not mean he's forgotten you! Thanks Mark for the awesome job!

Mark was very nice on the phone. He explained about some of the bad reviews on Angie's List and was glad I could understand and was giving him a try. On Monday, Mark never showed, nor did I receive any calls. It is now Wednesday, and I still haven't heard from him or anyone else from the company. Not sure what happened, but my time is valuable also, and there are a lot of companies that do want the business. Not to mention, we need to keep working on our remodeling project and need to get some windows soon.

When it comes to this product, I must say that am very happy with the door functionality. Blinds between the glass, no strings, very clean look. Also, the handle and 3 spot locking system are great too. Must say that I did not expect this when originally spoke with Mark on possible product choices but I am VERY pleased with door overall look and features. It radiates quality and functionality. Same crew that did work in the past on other projects did patio door installation as well. This is the feature that I like, consistency with the crew instead of bringing new folks with different projects. This is what I like with Mark and his company, consistency in every (work stage) aspect.

I had Mark's company replace house/garage roof back in February and then expanded his services to an interior related work. Originally, he came in took measurements for all doors, I placed the order with HD (for the exception of main entry door ? through Weather King). It took few weeks for everything to arrive, waited for a nice weather and when his crew came in and installed everything in two days. We did have a minor obstacle with one of the storm doors that had to be re-installed (due to measures) at a later date. Overall, crew came in early in the morning as expected, performed the work, cleaned up after them, and complete all installs to my satisfaction. Moreover, I will be using Marks' services for another upcoming project.

I have already used Mark?s services on several projects since 2/2013 (roofs, doors, base boards, patched ceilings, installed closet doors, etc). This is a continuation of a very good service and work relationship. Mark has demonstrated consistency with reasonable pricing, good quality product, quality service as well as professionalism and responsiveness. Therefore, I continued using his crew for this project as well: installing 4 new windows and replacing shutters on all windows throughout the place with more contemporary product. The crew came in early in the morning and had all the work done within one day. Disposed old windows/shutters and cleaned up after them. Very professional crew with very pleasant personalities. Most definitely, I will continue using Mark?s company for all upcoming projects (as the finances allow) for fairly simple reason: reasonable pricing, good product, quality, professionalism and responsiveness.
