Reasonable Movers

Phenomenal efficiency from start to finish. Nothing was broke & the truck was packed perfectly. Personal concerns about quality was put to rest. Miles & his crew were real diligent about communicating effectively regarding pricing & transparency. Had a lot of really large, expensive furnishings & other rare items that were handled with impeccable care & well absorbed liability. Would absolutely refer these gentlemen to anyone else looking for a seamless move.

Absolutely wonderful! They were able to move an entire bedroom set and two recliners for me next day. Such an affordable price for such a short turn around time and nothing was damaged in the move even though it was icy outside. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

Movers were nice but I had some damages to items.

I hired reasonable movers to move my 3 bedroom house on December 23 (the day before Christmas Eve), which consisted of multiple large, solid wood, and fragile pieces. They gave me a 3 man crew (Aaron, Santiago and Kevin) and they were absolutely amazing!! They took great care with our items and were able to move every large heavy piece without any concern on my part. Although the weather was terrible, they were extremely professional and pleasant to work, with and I am so grateful that I was able to get the job done so close to the holidays. I will note that my quote was much lower than the charge at the end of the day, however, I have common sense and knew my quote was for 2 hours of work and that the amount of moving that was being done would take longer than that. Ultimately, for the amount of time they worked, the price was reasonable.

Highly unprofessional Extremely unethical Unclean truck Very rude They showed early … i had an extra uhaul as i realized late that my stuff are not enough for one truck. Asked politely if the movers could have helped after loading the main truck to support me on the UHaul and I will pay extra for sure. They said yes. During the move the boy in charge yelled at me when I tried to correct him as he was destroying my wall moving the couch out of the basement. They were about to break my 85 in tv fortunately i stopped the mover before doing so. 2 hours later, they left without a notice with all of my stuff!!! I called the manager, he said the movers complained about a new truck that wasn’t on the deal. I didn’t force them to help on uhaul, i just asked if they could. That doesn’t mean they leave without a notice and without completing the move, leaving 20% od the house still full. I even Called 911 thinking it was a scam!! Took my car tried to reach them in the street!!! Rushed to the new place to be sure they are there and i was about to hit so many cars out of nervousness!!! While i am trying to catch up with them. Luckily they showed at the new place. Put the stuff in the new place. I avoided talking to them, as I was not sure if they were criminals or not. Played it easy till they left. Terrible, terrifying, annoying and mentally exhausting day. Please do not hire them. It doesn’t worth it. They are not cheap, I didn’t go with them because of the money, i did it because they were the first to give a quote. Carful from that company!!!!

It was the worst moving experience I have ever had. They were the movers from ****, they came in a unmarked truck, hand truck dollies didn't work properly they asked to use mine. They didn't use proper lifting techniques, they didn't have an appliance dolly they dropped our washing machine and cracked the pump when they dropped it. The company was non responsive to my call to make a claim. The address on the company web site is bogus the address is a storage company. I am a disabled Veteran I recommend that no one use this company. When washing machine was turned on its water cycle damaged my ceiling under the laundry room.

They were 1.5 hours late. They damaged walls at original location and caused damage to my hard wood floors at new house. Miles came and applied spackling to walls at old house that I said I would paint. After seeing what his crew did to my hardwood floors at new house he said he would check with insurance company and get back with me. He has never called me and no longer answers my calls. Further the guys he hired are filthy. They left black smears all over my walls so I had quite a bit to clean up to do when they were done. They did not reassemble fridge, they left items in driveway without asking where to put them. They lost the feet to one of my couches for 3 days. They are priced low. I guess you get what you pay for. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the headache,

We moved our 80 year old parents from one home to another. They were not professional movers. The owner just hires guys he can find to help lift stuff. They were to come in and pack and move them and it was the most convuluted move we've ever experienced! My husband and myself did as much work as they did to get the job done. Nothing was kept together for example stands for tv in one box and tv's somewhere else. No parts were kept together and stuff was just thrown everywhere. They damaged the walls in both the house we moved them from and the house they moved them too. Miles the owner was not apologetic at all when told he broke a 50 year old mirror that was handed down in the family. He just made excuse after excuse.
