Don't let the cost throw you. They did a whole lot of work at our house and made several visits. They cleaned and sealed all of the grout in the house and cleaned and sealed all of the granite. They did a wonderful job on all of it. We now know how dirty our grout was. It now looks like brand new tile. Our granite came back to life too. The most important thing is that Mike fixed a long-time leak that we had coming from our shower down to our lower level. We had multiple contractors and plumbers look at it and no one was ever able to fix it and they didn't appear to care if they fixed it, resulting in damaged walls and tile. After we got the repairs done, Mike came in and did thorough leak testing and isolated the problem and came up with a solution to fix the leak. Problem solved! We will use this company again!

I would not use them in future.

We have used this firm in the past and, as in the past, they arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up. They did what they said they would do and the price was reasonable. The countertop, in particular, sparkles.

Showed up 30 minutes late. finished 60 minutes early. No mess.Solid staff. Fabulous look when finished. Very happy.

The tile looks great and the grout makes the floor look brand new. Both service men introduced themselves were professional and gave information about the care of my floors.

The two-man crew was very efficient and completed the entire job in under 3 hours. We have asked for an estimate to clean tile in the master bedroom bathroom shower and floor, as well as restoring the shine to sections of a marble countertop in the master bathroom.

I am a new customer. Everyone I dealt with was down to earth and had a great personality: Shannon in the front office, Ron the estimator and Brandyn and Eric, who performed the work. Everyone was clear upfront that my shower would not look 100% due the to state of my shower, but that they would get it looking as great as they could. And they did. It looks wonderful. The first day they came, they were early and worked faster than estimated. At the end, they noticed some grout missing on the shower floor and that water was coming up through those holes when pressure was applied to the shower floor (the drain needs to be snaked now - separate issue). They went back to the shop, brought back a dehumidifier (how awesome is that, since I didn't have one?!) told me to run it in the shower for at least three days and that they would come back to finish the grout repair and the caulking of the shower floor. They came back and finished today - it looks great and I would recommend them to anyone. On a side note, another contractor quoted me twice the price and insisted that a new shower floor should just be tiled over the existing one. No thanks!

Called to say arriving late due to treacherous icy roads. Professional. Explained process and cleaned & repaired areas in a sequence that made it easy on us. GroutMasters/Marblelife, in giving work estimate, was the most thorough, and only one who explained care of tile after the process. Great job!

I was not pleased with the first technician that was sent to my home. He was very unprofessional and did not do a good job. I called the office and they sent two other technicians to my home a couple of days later. It took them 2 visits to get the job done right. However, they were very professional and cooperative.

It was good! However, there was one unexpected situation that arose. When they took the original caulk out of the bathtub it was wet so it had to dry out. They came out first on a Thursday and they came back Tuesday to finish. We only have one bathtub so it was an inconvenience. He said if they caulked it right away it wouldn’t stick though. He said it would fail within a few months. In the end, we wanted it done right so we knew we had to wait. We will be hiring them again in the future.

Terrible experience, and results not satisfactory. Parts of counters look worse than pre-treatment. Multiple excuses why could not deliver what was promised. Was assured workers had many years experience, yet mine had been on job less than six months. Appointments canceled several times, by company, and worker usually late-once by two hours. Had to keep returning as would not have necessary supplies, or I asked to have areas re-done. What was supposed to be a one day job, took four visits. Parts of counters streaked and areas of backsplash dull.

The general manager said that somebody would be out to fix it and it has been two weeks and I have heard nothing.
