The quality of work was good. They did the job and clean afterwards.

LeafFilter did a great job. They used our existing gutters and downspouts attaching their products on top. Our gutters and downspouts were full of leaf debris and overflowing. They completely cleaned everything out before attaching their filters. I lover the lifetime warranty that stays with the house for the next owners. They did a great job! And they cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess at all.

It went as promised. Began on time, installed in time promised and cost was as estimated with the discounts offered. Installer was friendly and professional.

It went great! The Salesman was on time for his appointment, he answered all of our questions, and gave us all available discounts. From the research that we had done previously, I thought we got a good price. The installer was on time, very professional, and when he was finished, you couldn’t tell he had been here.

The Salesman told us they would have a team to install the product but only one person arrived to do the job and he did not have all work identified on his work order. it took him all day and two items discussed with the salesman were not completed. Great product but sad to say don't believe everything the salesman tells you.

They did what they promised they would do, on time and cleaned up.

Very professional, on time, caring and compassionate company from the salesperson who I bought the product from to the installer all went above and beyond. The product is affordable and the installer worked diligently . They cleaned everything up when they left

After our first thunderstorm since the work was done, with the high winds and blowing leaves everywhere, heavy rains, they worked perfectly. You could not ask for a better test.

On time and no surprises. No mess left behind .

The service is terrible!. the installer didn`t know what they are doing. This is awful. They receive a lot of complaint with the same stuff. The salesman is not honest. he is up to sales but not for customer service.

bait and switch. I got 4 prices and 3 stories. cancelled the job and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Call back was from a sales rep, not someone to give an estimate for cleaning my gutters. Pushy and rude, kept asking me when my husband could be there. Finally figured out they want him home for the estimate so they can sell me gutter filters and don't even clean gutters. These people should be removed from this listing, they are preying on people.

The installer arrived at my home about 5:00 p.m. on November 4th when the sun had gone down and hurried thru the job. trying to finish before dark. When I asked him why he did not clean the outside of the guttters of the mud that he removed from the gutters he responded that it was not his job. When I called the representative who came to my home and sold me the service, I was advised to contact the 800 number on the contract

The crew did a nice clean install. Everything seems to be working well.

Jim Klomparens came at 9 am, despite my setting up an appointment at 11 am. He seemed informed. He gave me the information I needed. And I told him I would talk to my husband about it and get back to him. When I informed him that the $4,500 to do the job was too much and we didn't want to pay that he lowered the price. ( original price was $5,500 but he gave us $1,000 off if we would schedule it to be done on Saturday September 26th. Throughout the day I texted my husband with what Jim had said in text, and the response from my husband was that it was too much money and I thought the same. Jim kept lowering his price, and added monetary incentives for putting a sign in our yard and talking to people about how happy we were with the job leaffilter was doing for us. Which he insisted would lower our price. We went back and forth during the day about price, I was texting my husband with what Jim was telling me and what I was telling Jim. I have texts on my phone between Jim and I that describe all of this back and forth talk. At 9:39 p.m. I texted Jim and told him I had talked with my husband and said it's a no-go. The amount was about twice what we were willing to put into it or what the house is worth. But I thanked him for his time today and told him it was a pleasure dealing with him. He then texted a better deal. $2,900 check or credit card "if he turned that down the whole city will stop in amazement. Sign in yard $100 per referral. He will get his $2,000." I replied sorry Jim it's still a hard no I do appreciate the time you've taken today. He replied $2,300 and $300 for the first referral I get from the sign. And don't say hard no because that would be rude. I have to pay tax on your 2K." My husband then took my phone and texted him back. This is her husband I'm going to spend $500 at the material and do it myself don't call or text again. Jim texted us and called. I saved his message on my phone but I don't know how to put that on this website. But his text was " you called me! You can't get this material I was trying to meet your 2K the best I could don't ever tell him not to call or text again." I had to repeatedly tell him over and over again no and he wouldn't stop and even when my husband had to come in and tell him no and don't call or text again he still did. I feel threatened and concerned by that kind of behavior. I would never feel comfortable with him coming to my house again.

The job was not finished which we discovered when weeds were growing out of the gutters and a roofing company we hired to clean the gutters confirmed the job was not complete.

Terrible. I have water running down house and company will not return phone calls. They are busy helping other customers or away from their desks since 6/23/2020. Once they got paid on day of installation, they wipe their hands of you. So much for "End Clogged Gutters for Life Guaranteed!"

First of all, agreeing to nearly $4,000 (just the guards, not new gutters) for an 1,100 square foot house is my own fault. Don't make the same mistake. Do you like working with used car dealers? Then this is the place for you. If you work for or with upscale businesses, you will not be accustomed to their practices. If they have an advertised deal/discount, and you ask if one is available, they don't need to tell you, and they won't. You will not get the discount unless you learn about it ahead of time on your own. Again, they will not tell you, and they will not do the right thing by you in good faith. I have received refunds from Target/Meijer and the like after learning of a deal subsequent to purchase. Leaf Filter does not play by those rules, being the lesser business model. The manager, when contacted, could not have been more dismissive or unprofessional. Low-level business composure reflects upon the company as a whole.

Would not let this company in your house unless you want to be insulted in your own home. Had a 5pm appointment with leaffilter and while the product was impressive, the sales guy (Keith was far from it). After going from a $1,574 price to a $1,000 price we started to tell him we really didn't know how much to expect and weren't ready to pull the trigger today as we needed to look at various options. He didn't like that. While sitting at my kitchen table he got agitated, sarcastic and rude. He actually said "thanks for wasting my time" - sitting in my house. Do not use.

Great except it I now have water leaking from behind the gutters. I called them and they sent a person out right away. Being winter I am not in a hurry so we agreed to wait till warmer weather is here. The Overall will be moved to a A and the price will be move to an A when I see that they stand by their warranty. The people they sent out were very professional and when they were done everything was cleaned up and taken away like they were not here. I would highly recommend them and will use them when I do the front gutters but will have them install both gutter and leaf filters. I did not know that they did the full install at that tim.

leafs can't get into the gutters but the snow piles up on the gutters and when the snow melts it drips off the gutters over the edge and onto the ground or people below and gets them wet.

Bad installation, poor estimates and done in bad weather conditions. Repair work quality remains to be seen Thought I was buying a Cadilac and got a used car at a Mercedes price This product is over priced and they should have said I should wait for better weather

Awesome, Installation was wonderful The crew was very pleasant and accommodating. This product is a real value, As far as I’m concerned Leaf Filter Is the best in the business. I had Leaf Filter at prior residence, So I knew I was getting quality.

Still have a couple of leaks in gutter had service man out hear once when it was cold and worked on leaks, but said mastic might not hold in the cold weather and if they don't. call back in the spring and would come back and recaulk.

Wonderful people. Great price. Promptly installed and explained the process. So relieved I don’t have to climb a ladder to clean gutters.
