I have used ICC for 3 years and for the most part they are a very good company. The owner and his staff are very professional and do a high quality job, and in this type of business sometimes that is more difficult to find. The biggest knock against them would be that they are pricey. But like I said, I still pay it as they do a good job and are professional. Basic labor price is reasonable, but their charge for replacement parts is pretty outrageous. A valve that you can purchase yourself at Home Depot for $17, they charge $55 (yes, that's a 300% markup). But you are paying for the convenience, as you can't buy the parts ahead of time unless you already know the exact problem you are having. Which many times is hard to tell until they dig up the sprinkler. They also use Hunter products which are top of the line, so that is another plus. This year though I did have an unpleasant experience where I was charged for labor twice because they sent a two man crew (to perform a one man job). I felt like I was being nickeled and dimed so I complained and then they reduced the charge to the standard labor fee. Overall, I would recommend Irrigation Concepts.
