They were very quick to contact me back and where able to fix our problem the same day on a Sunday.

The young tech had no idea where to check, an adder in headlights. He called the office they suggested the control board. I elected to buy the board and installed it. That did not change anything. Hired another provider who diagnosed correctly, no guessing, and no in-necessary parts. Would not recommend Harriman for sure.

He was very informative about what I needed

I would definitely recommend this company. I was vert pleased with the customer service, work quality and the value for the cost of the maintenance check. I had the feeling that when the technician left that day, my furnace had been thoroughly checked and it should be running smoothly for the winter season with no worries. The technician, Damon, was very professional and answered all of my concerns and questions. The company also had called a day ahead of time to remind me of my appt and then called the day of that appt to let me know that my technician would arrive in approximately 20 minutes. Before Damon left he also let me know what he thought my furnace might benefit purchasing in the future - which would be a new humidifier . This was not meant to be a purchase I should make right then. Five star!

After having a difference if opinion with the customer service representative I requested to speak to a supervisor. She was reluctant to transfer me and instead communicated the supervisors message. I requested to speak to him/her and found someone that was totally unwilling to accommodate my needs. I will never deal with such disrespectful company again. According to them **the customer is never right**. There are other companies that will treat you like you deserve to be treated. Do not accept less than that.

Harriman does a good job but they are a bit pricey compared to others. I also have to remind them to schedule my maintenance even though I am paying ahead of time, so they need to improve on their customer service.

Quote was the highest out of 4, double to what we ended up paying for the same efficiency furnace, extended labor warranty and different brand. (A brand should not cost double) I asked for a breakdown and was told we can't do that, this is the primary reason why I'm writing this review. A homeowner should not be taken advantage of, a breakdown is reasonable request....

Great crew very neat and will do their best to get the best job possible done. Very clean and disposed of everything when they were done. Furnace works great could not ask for better.
