Told him exactly what furnace model I had, and explained I was pretty sure the Igniter was bad. He came here, confirmed the ignitor was bad (9:00 in evening), then said he didn't have one on the truck! Had a lame excuse that there are 4 different ignitors for this exact model furnace! Sounds like BS to me. Offered to have one first thing in the morning, not caring if we freeze to death overnight. Only saving grace was he didn't charge us for the service call, since he couldn't fix anything.

They were here quickly and got the work done in short order. Cost was reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

Sam and company showed up the same day I used service magic. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me a competitive price. They replaced the broken circulator pump the next day, and my boiler has been working great ever since! I would highly recommend them.

Sam's Comfort was able to come within hours of my phone call. He kept in contact with me letting me know how long it would take as he was on another job when I called. His service call fee (fee to show up) was well below the others. Our problem ended up being pretty minor and he had the part on his truck. Was the price of the part more or less than anyone else? That I don't know but It did not seem outrageous. In the end, I would recommend Sam's Comfort Heating and Cooling.

We were called back within 5 minutes of submitting the resquest. The repair person was here within a few hours and it was fixed quickly.

Sam and his partner met me at the requested property. They preformed a diagnoises of the furnace. They were very helpful and took the time to explain to me what was wrong , and how we could resolve this. We as a company were pleased with our service and future work will be given to Sam.
