Sam called me right away and got at my home the same day. He had my AC blow cold air again in no time.

They were prompt and did a good job explaining the issues with out AC. They did not push repairs and were upfront about costs. Overall I was pleased.

Sam is a delight. He was very professional and took time to explain the problem. His team was very responsive. Although it took more than one visit to resolve the issue (the reason for 4 star instead of 5), he made sure the that we were satisfied. I would recommend Sam's nonetheless as his team performed well and were reasonable for the work performed.

Very professional, and very disappointing. 600$ to clean my furnace, and replace the part which prevented my trailer from being heated? To replace the high limit switch, a 20$ part that is connected by a couple of wires, they wanted to charge me about 163$. Not to mention rude when I mentioned the part being cheap. It cost me 95$ for them to come tell me I needed to spend another 600$ and to slap in an old non-compatible high limit switch. For 180$ I had my high limit switch changed to a matching part for my specific furnace, the A/C coil cleaned, And the general furnace cleaning done by another Professional HVAC company. Disappointed.

He did not have the right tool to check for gas leak (he was using his nose to smell gas!!), and charge of $105.00 for 5 minute on site and not doing anything is not considered reasonable.

Sam's responded immediately to the call and was at our home within an hour. The fix to get heat was completed quickly and a game plan to establish long term corrective actions Actions were taken two weeks later to correct OEM installation problems. The team was informative and professional.

1. First company to call and arrange visit. 2. Explained to me all options I could choose for a new furnace install and the technical reasons why. 3. Did a great job of instllation and clean up.

This was an emergency. They were courteous, quick and efficient. Their service was appreciated.

Immediately received a call after posting and was able to set up a time right away after work, which was nice. However, 46 min after the estimated time I had to call and reschedule for the next day, a weekend. Service was again 90 min over estimated time. However, on site service was friendly, speedy, and informative. Assisted with other tasks other then what I called on and answered amateur questions with no extra charges on time. Will use again, just plan accordingly.
