Central A/C was not working. Service men analyze the problem quickly - replaced contactor part and cleaning of the condenser coils was needed. Very pleased, would recommend Sam's to anyone.

I was impressed by the tech's honesty, and promptness. Look forward to seeing him in the spring to do a prewinter check up on the furnance.

He quickly pinpointed the main problem in my A/C (capacitor and clogging in outside unit), and did a very good job. Took a day to get the capacitor. Now, it's running fine. He gave some tips as well, so it shouldn't happen again.

As far as being prompt and quick to respond, I would give them high marks. As far as fair pricing< i would give them low marks. Here is my story: We turned on our air conditionar for the fist time. It cooled the house for a short time, then stopped cooling the house. The Fan was running and the blower on the furnace worked, but no cool air. I contacted Sam through the internet. Sam called back in just a few minutes. An appointment was set for the next day. A small leak was found in the cooper tube connecting to the compressor. The charge to acytellen weld this leak came out to almost $500.00 Flat rate pricing is a rip off.
