Honest, friendly and fixed my issue!

The Guys from Sams Just literally left my house --they are great guys very fast response time, knew exactly what to look for and fix. They even gave a me a free A/C cleaning. I really like the fact how professional and fast they were and they dont try and bs you in buying something you dont need. I give them 5 stars and going on my go to list for future work !

Sam is the best, thought I'd have to forget about central air and buy window shakers but he was very knowledgeable even showed me how dangerous the system was in its current state. He took the time to explain those dangers and fixed them all he could of been hurt trying to undo some very dangerous wiring that had been done. I Thank Him So Very Much!!! When I need cooling/heating cleaning/repair I will call Sam.

Sam's response is lightning fast, as everyone should be able to see from his customers' review. He is very knowledgeable and inspires confidence. He is a pleasant, reasonable and easy to work with. My problem was fixed in no time and he also imparted valuable advice regarding my furnace.

Got a call from Sam about a minute after submitting the request with Service Magic. He came to my house in Troy right after he was done with his job in Ypsilanti, took about an hour and a half. He took apart my AC unit, found out what was wrong, showed and explained it to me, gave me the quote and said he could fix it right then and there. I had him fix it for what I thought was a fair price, half an hour later my AC was working again. He also gave me some maintenance tips while cleaning the unit off. Very nice guy, very professional, very good work.

Very good. Another big company had quoted me 400$ to fix the furnace. He fixed it for only 114$.

Literally showed me what the problem was, and provided excellent information and advice without pressuring me: pricing was competitive and fair. I bought a furnace; installation was efficient and meticulous. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was and how pleased I am. Definitely five star.

Called at 7pm, was told they had a few jobs in front of me and they would keep me updated. They did keep me updated came out and repaired my furnance and it has been working since.

Sam returned my call, came to my home and explained what was the problem with my furance. I will hire he again in the spring to clean my airconditioner and furance. I have recommened him to family and friends. I will keep his card on file as someone to contact -who is friendly, on time, and explaines what he is doing. Thank you for recommending Sam.
