Hired to clean furnace and check noise. Over quoted the repair needed to fix the noise, talked down our current furnace and then tried to sell a new furnace to us at an extremely high price.

Sam and Brent arrived promptly as promised. Replaced furnace motor and problem is solved. I was very impressed with the quick response to my problem when I was searching on-line for a contractor. I hardly finished inputting my information and the phone was ringing to set up an appointment for the next day. I have recommended Sam's Htg. and Cooling to my neighbor and will call him again when necessary.

Tried to help over the phone, without having to come out and charge for a visit. Gave me a few things to try myself. When that did not work, came over promptly, fixed the prblem, and provided advice to keep it from re-occurring.

I was really desperate for somebody to come over and fix my furnace because I have a 96 y/o woman living in the house and could not find anybody who would be available right away. I could not wait for 2-3 days. The technician from this company came at 1 am (yes! one o'clock in the MORNING) to fix it! Because of him I had a nice warm house for the holiday. Yes, that happened just two days before Christmas.

My heat went out.... they came an fixed with in a couple hours after I called. It was late at night, I was so greatful that they were will to come out so late. The gentleman that came was very professional and explained everything to me so I really understood what was going on. Great company.... and the price was pretty fair as well.

On time, professional, quality workmanship and products. During the problem evaluation he took the time to explain in layman's terms the problem and the options. (I didn't get the condescending "hey little lady" explanations that I get so often from service people). We had a temporary fix for a few days to keep us warm and toasty during the cold spell and a new furnace a few days later. It is properly vented this time and they went the extra mile to add a pump closer to the furnace for proper egress of water at no additional fee. We highly recommend Sam's.
