Sam is a very nice guy and doesn't try to upsell anything. He came out on the same day (98F) when others gave 2 day lead times to fix my faulty AC unit. He gave me good advice about the overall condition of my unit and what to look for when shopping for a replacement, which will be sooner rather than later. Overall I would recommend Sam's to anyone in the area.

Good service. Seemed very expensive - costed $275 to install one part and it took about 15 minutes (granted they showed up next day and it was after 6pm). Nice guys and I appreciate that they need to make money in these situations.

Sam was on time. Very professional, and reasonalble. Fixed the problem in no time. And their estimate fee of $65- $25, if they do the wrk, was included in the price. And their prices still came cheaper than every service company i checked with. Outstanding!! I would reccomend Sam's to anybody.

Sam Called me in less than 2 minutes after my web request. I came to help us out in the next couple of hours ( on a Sunday). They took care of sending the broken piece of the furnace back to the manufacturer ( it was cover under warranty) and replace it with a new one. Price wise, I think it was fair considering that the whole thing started on a Sunday and that he delivered exactly as he promised ( they arrived on time, they worked as planned, the fixed everything).
