Sam's Comfort Heating & Cooling, Inc was execllent! They were the most economical with the trip charge out of the 3 that I have received quotes from (almost half price!). They are very good value for the money. And the service quality was top notch! Sam was friendly, caring, informative, helpful, but not pushy - which is important to us. The company I chose, Sam's Comfort Heating and Cooling were here within an hour and the furnace was running and heating within 45 minutes. It was wonderful. James was so courtious and explained all my questions. Thank you for your help Service Magic and thank to Sam's for getting here so quick.

Would give straight 5 stars but parts are expensive! I researched afterwards and seems it was a fair price but ouch! Great customer service, great efficiency and even went above and beyond to clean my units at no charge! Greta experience. Completed the form at 9am and they were there at 10:30a on a Friday! Done in an hour and back to working order! Great 'service call' rate and top notch service? Thanks Sam!

Contractor was timely and did a great job, and I expected to pay a premium for service on the morning of New Years Eve, but $350 charge to replace a $30 part and check the system was about a $100 too much in my estimation. Took 45 minutes to complete all the work.

Besides getting the furnace going, Sam Heating without asking fixed a gas leak and patiently soaked up ground water that leaked into the furnace chamber.

Great service and very friendly. The gentlemen who came out was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. Would def recommend them. Seeing that I just had a blown capacitor, getting charged that much seemed too much, but hey, when the AC doesn't work in the summer it's worth every penny
