John our technician was so knowledgeable and made us feel confident he knew what the problem was and was able to fix it the same day! I called Harriman Heating and Cooling and they had John at my doorstep 15 minutes later to repair our air conditioner on a very hot day! He also helped us get reimbursed by our home warranty company!! We will definitely be using them again for all of our cooling and heating needs! Thank you so much!!

Called on a Sunday morning when my AC went out. Mitch arrived within an hour, as promised, and had the air running promptly!

Got very misinformed by the company dispatch team. Paid nearly $400 for 2lbs of refrigerant. Ridiculous.

They also do city certifications in case you have to have your furnace inspected by a licensed person for sale of a home. Great service!
