Called on one of the hottest days of the year. Was not expecting technician to arrive that day, but he pre-called and came around 2pm. Brent! , diagnosed the problem quickly checked out the system, replaced the part and the A/C works great. Very good technician, friendly and smart.

Would highly reccommend Sam's because they were timely, informative, and transparent with the diagnosis and repairs.

Great service! Made the phone call at 9am, they showed up at 11:00 and my central air was up and running by noon. Reasonably priced for the fast and quick response time. Well worth it! Will use and recommend them in the future. Great job guys!

They were terrific. It was the hottest day of the year when our aid conditioning failed. They were out that day to fix it.

Great business attitude, really cared about their customers and were easy to set up an appointment that worked for me, and called ahead so I know almost exactly when to expect them, which is a big plus for these kind of projects!

This guy was on time and did the job right! We had to reschedule and it was no problem. First referral we received was for Temperature Mechanics and that guy was a REAL piece of work! I would NEVER use or recommend them. We are very happy with the service we got from SAM's and the referral we got to Sam's. We will use this company again and recommend them!

Returned my call on a Sunday night. Came to house by noon on Monday and fixed the problem. Tech person very polite and considerate.
