they were on time. they inspected my boiler. they did not try to sell me something I did not need

I had Sam's go out to my rental property on a Saturday because the renters had no heat. The problem was misdiagnosed and my renters had no heat again the next day. I paid $145 to have them flip the breaker and "clean the pilot." Sam's came out and fixed it that Sunday but I was not given an estimate before work was done. I had to Sam's that Sunday night to verify it was fixed. 2 weeks passed and I then received a message that I owed another $463 for their services. I would not recommend them because of their poor communication and I do not feel that I should have paid $145 for the problem to be misdiagnosed.

Fast response. A real professional. I need a new furnace but he bought me a little time before I have to decide when I will have it done and he will be the one to do it. Great Job Sam. Thanks

Arrived with ample time and was very quick in figuring out the issue and fixing the problem. He had the furnace running in a matter of 10 minutes max. Excellent service.

Prompt service during Christmas eve day. Approached the problem in a logical manner and although a solution was not found ( due to the intermittent nature of the problem) -- he give us a courtesy call next when he suggested a couple of simple steps to diagnose the furnace issue further. Sam is a good man. Nice personality as well.

Great attention to details. Caught one missing screw that totally changed my systems air flow. The difference has been audibly better, and the system seams to be more responsive.

Made an inquiry on line and within minutes I received a phone call from Sam. Very professional, timely and they did a great job fixing my furnace. Thanks again Sam! :)

Arrived in less than an hour from first contact. Found the issue quickly and resolved promptly. Also provided advice on how to get more efficiency out of the furnace. Very fair price and great to have the furnace back up and running. Will call upon again.

Sam & his family are awesome! I called Sam yesterday & he was here within an hour to access problem, his techs were here today at the time specified(WOW HUH?) They were professional & very nice. Sam called himself as project was being completed to see if things were being done "Sam`s way" opposed to the wrong way...lol Would recommend them to my Mother. So happy to have gotten so lucky.

He found the problem and it was fixed very quickly
