The tech repaired the major issue and recommended a further repair which we will do next week. My past experience with A/C companies (the installation of the system) built in a number of "future repairs" during the installation process. I have repaired several. The tech found another today! Good experience today, will be retaining this company for future work.

I called Sam on a Sunday at 10pm in response to my tenant noting that the A/C stopped working. He called me back promptly and was able to within 24 hrs, come out, quickly diagnose, and repair the A/C unit for a reasonable price. This also occurred during a week long stretch of 90 degree + days. I would use them again and highly recommend their services to others. Great job!!

Sam's was my second call. To verify an estimate I had gotten that morning from another group where I was quoted an insane amount. Sam's took the extra time to find the real problem and fixed (not replaced) the problem for a fraction of the cost. Upfront and very honest people. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sam came out in the scorching heat this Sunday and immediately diagnosed the problem - a blown fuse and did thorough cleaning of condenser unit. Also, diagnosed a 2nd problem with the blower motor on the furnace over the phone and came out the next day with a new motor and installed it. Great job ... it's nice to have A/C again and Sam's Comfort is highly recommended.

The service guy got here in the window of time they said. He did a great job and was knowledgeable about furnaces. He made recommendations but wasn't pushy about it

Sam did an awesome job!! He fit me in on the day of my call (8am call) and handled me professionally. I only rated the value for the money a "4" because I feel that the compressor additive (leak sealant) is way overpriced at $327.52. Granted I would have felt this way for any company. However Sam did give me a break in another area, so it balanced out. I didn't ask for it so I'm glad he saw my need. Thanks Sam!! Orlando

The initial service call fee for Sunday was $45.00 and 25.00 to diagnosis the problem for a total of 70.00 and the 25.00 applied toward the overall bill. They had the best rating and was the most cost effective and the service was efficient. My heat is working and I have a 1 year warranted label on my furnace. I will hire them again.
