The tech was courteous and efficient.

They determined that I have a cracked heat exchanger, which is very dangerous as it could produce deadly CO, and gave me recommendations on what to do next to get it fixed.

I had a good experience overall. Although they were unable to figure out exactly what was causing my furnace to stop working they did get it up and running (after removing the old circuit board, then putting it back in the furnace came back on line). They were almost 2 hours late, but since I had nowhere to be it wasn't a big deal.

Sam called me back within minutes after I submitted my repair request on Home Advisor. He was able to come out on same day, and arrived on time as promised. He was also very knowledgeable and gave accurate diagnosis on what was wrong. The air conditioner started to work within 30 minutes. Sam is very professional, experienced, and he and his adminstration team have provided best customer service one could expect. I will definitely hire them again in the future, and would highly recommend Sam to anyone in similar need.

At a time when it was very hot and humid and many people needed air conditioning repair, they got to us quickly and had our unit up and running the day we called. Very sayisfied !

The technician was able to come earlier then scheduled which was great because it was very hot that day. They inspected the AC unit, found the problem and repaired it quickly. May have been a little overpriced but you get what you pay for. Overall - Great Job.
