Sams experience and knowledge was impressive. He quickly identified the problem and was thorough, professional, and personable. What I appreciated the most, was his professional integrity--Sam didn't try to sell me goods/services he knew I did not need. The work wasn't cheap, but the quality and service was very high and I wouldn't hesitate to use Sam for any all future HVAC needs. (sigh)...cool air again!

Sam and his workers went out of their way to get my a/c working. He came on the hottest day we have had and stayed through a hard rainfall to make sure I had air. It was 91 degrees with no breeze until the rain came through. I recommend them the highest rating I can give them and I am hard to please.

The repair person was knowledgeable and explained the problem so I could understand what was going on. Came out same day on weekend.

Sam was very nice. Called me right away. Came out on a Sunday afternoon! My A/C stopped cooling! Ugh! Turns out my A/C needed a new capacitor. Cost me about $320 but the cool air was so worth it as I have asthma and huge dogs. Would call him again!

There were problems with getting the part needed to fix my a/c and it took a lot longer than it was supposed to take to get it fixed. They worked with me and got my a/c working in great shape I would hire them again should I ever need it.

Brent who did the work/repair was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I am 100% satisfied. Very professional, friendly and quick!

I called late Saturday evening they came out Sunday morning!!! Brent was very professional and explained everything to me. He had my air conditioner up and running in less than 1 hour. The cost was around what I had expected for a repair. What make it awesome is that it is a Sunday and the cost is still what I would expect for a normal repair. I highly recommend this company and plan on using them again for all my heating and cooling needs.

They told me that ther service would be $75 dollars and they same out and charged me $100 i did not care because i thought that they had fixed the issue but they did not we did not realize it till they were gone and when we called them back they said that we would have to pay again for something that they should have done the first time and we set up a scheduled time for them to come out and they never showed so not we are looking for a reliable company that will do the work properly. We were not happy at all the worse service that i have ever seen.

Fast service and fixed my air condition

The guys were friendly and explained clearly what needed to be done. They worked quickly (even with my two dogs "helping" them - they both like dogs). The A/C has worked well since then. Hopefully this repair will last for a few years. They filled the system with a sealant to repair small leaks and refilled the coolant which was low.

Very professional and courteous. They understood what our issue was and identified and proved what the issue was and how it could be fixed. Within 4 days, they replaced the defective parts and replaced them. Very satisfied with the work they performed.
