Quickly diagnosed a bad condensate pump with an ignitor interrupt circuit that shut down the whole furnace. Replaced it with a pump with no interrupt circuit.

My furnace wasn't working, the technician came out during the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and provided options. Although I went with another company for the final repair (home warranty company used a different vendor) I was very please with customer service and honest diagnosis of the problem.

I had them replace .your furnace which they did. However they drill a hole in my wall and they also had me pay for a chimney liner. The technician said that after they complete the work and inspector would come and that is why I had to pay good money for the liner... News flash they never came.... I would have given a better review if want they said was true.

The blower on our central air stopped working, We thought it may need a new motor. I called and got service the same day, during a heat wave! Mike came out and diagnosed the problem was our thermostat. The battery was weak and causing the system to cycle improperly. He had us back up and running in minutes. We only paid the minimal service and diagnostic fee which was worth the assurance of knowing our central air was working properly and nothing was wrong. They lived up to the very positive reviews that they had here on Home Advisor. We trusted the reviews and are pleased that we did! Definitely would recommend Sams Comfort to everyone.

They came out quickly in the middle of a heat wave, found and fixed the problem quickly, explained the problem in easy to understand language. They are my heroes!

Eric spent about 2 hours trying to determine why our a/c wouldn't run and concluded we have a wiring problem, not specifically an a/c problem. We greatly appreciate his diligence and honesty in not telling us we need a new a/c unit. We will definitely use Sam's again!

Came out on busy Saturday & diagnosed that the fan motor needed to be replaced. Had to order the motor, Came back on Wednesday and installed the motor - works great now!
