The service personnel were very professional, prompt, and thoughtful. They came over not once, but twice, to get a second opinion regarding an issue they found, to confirm that our aged furnace would be safe for another year of use. They charged us nothing more for a second trip.

Was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Tech was running late but called to let me know and did a great job with the repair. Kept me informed of my options and what he was doing. Would definitely use them again! Great experience.

Brent from Sam's came out on 4 different occasions in the period of approx 3 weeks - the A/C would work when Brent left but would stop working in less than a week each time. During that time 2 parts were replaced and I paid a total repair cost over $400. 4 days after the final visit I came home to find the A/C not working yet again. I left message that I was going to call another company. Nobody from Sam's ever called me about my final call to them. I hired another company to investigate the problem. The new company charged me $95 and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They fixed a short in a wire - a different wire than one that Brent @ Sam's said was a problem. That was 2 weeks ago and the A/C is still working perfectly.

The moment our repairman opened the panel on the air conditioner, it was obvious to hime exactly what was wrong. He fixed it, tested it and was on his way. Very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

Prompt & thorough!

I originally hired them for an inspection. The heat exchanger was worn out. They gave me good advice on how old and what warenty options were available. I purchased a new furnace and had them install it. Price was competitive and workmanship was excellent.

Prompt, good price, got the job done.

We had an emergency situation and Mike came out after hours to fix the furnace. We had already had the information from consumers energy as to what we needed and I told him over the phone. I think the bill was a little high, but I understand, he did respond within an hour, and it was about 6pm when we contacted him. He also had to work outside in the furnace room in the cold. All in all, we are grateful for his response.

Great advise from this expert!! However, no work was performed. It was $90 just to get him to look at it. Who doesn't doesn't want a little something for their money, right?
