The actual company was Harriman Heating & Cooling. The techs were Jon, James, and Zack. They were very professional, efficient, polite, and helpful in every way. You are lucky to have them as part of your staff They are gentlemen.

After the work was done. I went online to YouTube. I saw the things that they recommended for an air conditioning tune up, that I paid for wasn't done. I should have check YouTube before having someone to come out first.

They removed the furnace filter check the pressure - and told to change the filters, and charge me $99. To everyone out there if your ac is cooling mostly likely it your filter that needs to be changed before paying $99 just change you filters!!!

Prompt and professional service. We needed a new AC connector. I called on Saturday for service and got a worker on Monday before noon. The price to walk in and new AC connector were a little expensive. But in the middle of the heatwave it was worth it.

Great people to work with, called Friday afternoon, they were out Sat at 2:30. James was the tech's name he was very polite and did a great job. i would highly recommend Harriman to everyone.
