The whole experience with Harriman Heating, Inc was great. They set up a quick appointment, Derek was on time, courteous, caring about our needs and he did a great job!

I am very uneducated on AC and they could have easily taken advantage of me, but they did not. They inspected my system and found that the fix was much more simple (and vastly less expensive) than i had thought it would be. I will definitely be calling them again when i have any other issues.

within 45 minutes of my desperate call Derek was at my door and had my air conditioner running in a minimal amount of time. From the office staff to Derek I was treated professionally and courteously. A job well done!! would hire them again.

Outstanding service & staff! Derek & Howard accurately identified the HVAC problem then offered reasonable solutions. Jay & Mitch worked diligently in our crawl space for two days always coming-up with smiles & updating us on the install. My HVAC & crawl space is in better shape than when the men arrived. I was told when I scheduled this repair I would be charged extra for after hours repair. Glad they were able to repair the air conditioner during one of the hotest days.

Jeff, the salesman, was professional and personable . He provided options and a fair price. The installation occurred as scheduled and I am totally pleased with the outcome. They respected my home and left the area tidy. I will definitely recommend them to others and continue to use their service for maintenance.

The technician diagnosed my furnace and condenser with multiple failures one of them being my fan motor not working while clearly my condenser was running. i had to hire a different company again. I sent them a video showing while the outside unit running. im very disappointed with company since they had a good rating i expected to have capable and honest people. this will be the last time i will use them. please questions everything they diagnose

Quick response, they called within 5 minutes after I selected their company on this site to repair a boiler heating system. Arrived within 24 hrs to repair. Tech was polite, very knowledgeable, fixed heating issue. He checked the entire system. Price charged was nominal, not over priced. Would highly recommend !

*Editing review: Harriman identified a hole in my heat exchanger. I had another company come out to perform the replacement and they found that the hole was a dead bug that was burnt onto the pipe leaving a black spot. * Harriman came to my home to clean out the furnace and took the time and located a very serious issue that I would not have known about. Super courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
