The service I received was first rate. They were courteous, neat and very comprehensive . I appreciate the time they took to do a good job and to keep me informed of everything that I needed to know about my new furnace and humidifier system now and for future reference. I would highly recommend Harriman. This is the second job I have had them out for. Very pleased with their workmanship.

Brent was very prompt and did a great job. They were able to come out same day as the furnace would not ignite where others were not available.

I am extremely satisfied with my service. Justin N. fixed my furnace for me and he did a fantastic job. He was very professional and knowledgable. He made sure I understood everything and was able to answer all of my questions. Justin is a very good pro and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs the job done right!!

Harriman Heating did a great job and provided excellent customer service. They took the time to explain all of my options. I am very happy with the work that they did.

1st tech said I needed a 4-inch vent on my new water tank to meet code to pull a permit. I did that and then the 2nd tech said that I needed a drip pan that he can do for $250 to meet code. I suspected it was a con. Called the authorities and was told NO DRIP PAN IS REQUIRED To meet code. Called Harriman to discuss this and was told a manager would call me. Never got the call. AND THAT IS HARRIMAN. I will continue to expose these crooks in every way possible. Ps. A year ago they wanted $600 to install a furnace blower motor. I had it done elsewhere for $400.

I contacted this company, to get a second opinion and from the moment the technician, Derek, got here I felt like I was in more confident hands than the first technician that came out. Derek quickly ascertained what the root cause was and addressed it. Not to mention that every person i dealt with, from the scheduler to the field tech, were pleasant and professional. You just made a long time customer!
