Sam's Comfort Heating & Cooling did a great job. They responded quickly. The job was more involved than originally thought, but Sam stuck with it -- even in 93 degree weather! One of the better experiences I've had with a contractor.

The two men arrived and explained everything clearly and were very professional. They fixed the problem very quickly and didn't try to "add on" any expenses. I had hired another heating and cooling company last year for the same problem and they were unable to fix it, Sam's did. So obviously they know what they are doing and did it quickly. I will use Sam's for now on. Price was also very reasonable.

Sam's Comfort Heating & Cooling,Inc. came to my family's rescue, our home was a oven til Sam came and repaired the a/c. They were very professional and highly respectful. I will use them again in the future.

I was not able to be present when the serviceman was there. I had a friend at the house to meet him. He was great to explain things to her and then call me on my cell phone to make sure I understood. He really took the time to make a stressful situation much easier. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing work.

I was contacted by the driver within 15 minutes of requesting service. On arrival he was friendly and professional and recognized my furnace problem immediately. Outstanding work.

My furnace was clogged with soot and, as a result, I almost burned our house down. Sam and Brent responded to my call in a timely manner. Both were professional, courteous, and sympathetic to our problem. After explaining their rates and my heart attack (actually quite reasonable considering the hour and the skill set), they started work right away and completed rather quickly. They performed a very thorough, professional service and left no mess when they were done.

They were very professional and eager to get the job done in the best way possible. They found a major problem with my furnace and were very helpful in getting it fixed as fast as they could. This is an extremely good company that will do whatever they can to get the job done the way you need it.

The serviceman was very knowledgeable and helpful. In addition to fixing our furnace, he gave us tips on maintenance. We plan on switching from our current service to Sam's Comfort Heating & Cooling.
