 + 0 moreSales help was outstanding. Delivery of dryer was delayed for two extra weeks. It was frustrating to have to wait. I was not given an explanation so I do not know the reason for the delay. I would have liked more communication and flexibility with the delivery times.
Description of Work: Bought an LG Steamwasher and Steamdryer and had them delivered.

 + -1 moreBest Buy did a fine job on repairing my computer. I did lose some information, but they saved a lot of it. They were very thorough in explaining what was wrong and they were quick to fix it. The person who helped me was very polite and professional and I would definitely go back there.
Description of Work: I had my computer repaired at Best Buy. My hard drive failed and they replaced it.

 + -1 moreDo not use Geek Squad - they much rather pretend they are double agents and it's flat silly the way they talk.
Description of Work: We had a lightening strike that took out the network card. A very simple repair. The "agent" came the first time (two hours late) and advised that we needed a card but didn't have one with him. If you are a repair person its expected to bring your tools. He came two days later - replaced the network card and configured the computer. When I tried to start the computer it wouldn't recognize the card. He was very busy and couldn't return for a week. When he did he configured correctly - this is a really untrained man.

 + -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS FRUSTRATING. THE COMPUTER WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE DIAGNOSTIC PROGRAM SO THEY TOOK IT TO THE SHOP. THEY KEPT US INFORMED ON THE COMPUTER'S STATUS. THEY WERE ALSO NEARBY SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO GO THAT FAR FOR THE COMPUTER.
Description of Work: WE WERE HAVING TROUBLE WITH OUR COMPUTER AND BEST BUY FIXED IT FOR US AT OUR HOME.
