Robert was very prfessional and knowledgable. Not only did he provide a complete test plan and detailed report, his remediation plan was detailed and his costs were very reasonable and very competitive. He even offered advice on how I can do some of the work myself to keep the costs down.

He was on time and professional. He did not put the small squares under any of the furniture. When I asked for some to put under the legs of the furniture, he gave me 10 squares - enough for the dining room set. It looks and smells great but some of the spots I felt should have been removed, were still there. He seemed to be in a hurry to get in and out. It was okay and a fair price. I'm on the fence about whether or not I would recommend them. There was also no follow up from the company to ask about my satisfaction with the job.

The guy who cleaned our couch was very thorough even though it was the worst case of mold he'd ever seen! He was very polite and nice to my mesmerized kids. (they love to watch this kind of stuff) He saved my couch with great effort.
