They were on time and finished as promised. Crew very hard working and supervisor on duty was easy to deal with.

He showed up when he said he would, very professional, great ideas and was going to get back to us with a quote. After not hearing from him for a week, we called and asked for update and he never returned the call. So sad. He had a lot of great ideas and we were ready to hire them. We went elsewhere.

The past few years, whenever we get a big snow, we call F.J. LaFontaine & Sons and they're able to come out and do the job quickly. We're not regular customers and we don't give them much notice, but they still come through for us at a price we're happy to pay. When it warms up, I'm going to look into using them for more landscaping work.

Can't say enough good things about the work they do. Weekly lawn mowing is done in a timely fashion, and the lawn looks great when they're done. Fall cleanup was great. We have lots of trees, so there was a ton of leaves and sticks (including some relatively large branches) to clean up, and they got rid of it all! When I first contacted them, one of the owners came to the house to do an estimate for a variety of services I was interested in. We are new in our house, but will probably add more services (like fertilizing/weed treatment, etc) next Spring.

I used them before for a very small job. I think his name is Joe and he is the owner probably. He is very accommodating to what you need. He is willing to listen and give advice on what to do and not to do. He actually came and did the work with his crew. So I talked to him about what I wanted and what I wanted him to be careful of like not to take out certain things. He knew what I told him. He just didn’t tell his crew and leave like a lot of them. So I was happy with that because I knew that he was going to do what I really needed them to do. His price was very reasonable. I called him because the price of first company that I used a lot before was just astronomical. La Fontaine gave me a quote for actually a little bit more work for less than half their price. To me it was a reasonable price because it wasn’t like they were here for a whole day; it was just for a couple of hours. I would definitely use them again. I wish that he would have been able to come a little bit quicker. I think I didn’t get a call back right away and I had to call him twice. He is local and he is in my city.

We were very pleased with them. They did a good job and their work was neat and clean. The price was right. They did what they said they were going to do and we would use them again.
