They put me in for same day even though they were very busy that day. Shawn was very prompt, very knowledgeable and did his Job well! We were impressed. Thank you to CJB!

Chad arrived on time as he said he would. I was on the phone so he went ahead and proceeded to do his job. When I was off the phone he came and talked to me. He explained what he was going to do and he did it. Chad was very nice and very kind. He told me it could take 10 to 14 days to notice if the problem was taken care of and to let him know if it didn't and he would come back. I am sure I will have him out again for other pest.

I love this company and will use them in the future. Chris was my service person and he was great. He did not try to sell CJB services (horror from the past) but let us know what was available to match our concerns. He was knowledgeable and we feel at ease that CJB will take care of the issues and stand behind what they promised. He pointed out an issue unrelated to a pest problem and we avoided a possible serious situation in the near future. Kudos to Chris! TY!

Timely appointment. They came out the next day and took care of the problem (wasp, yellow jackets, hornets); we were able to get our brick work done the next week because the area was now pest free. The price was reasonable. Started off a bit rough because an instruction was left off the order and the exterminator became agitated; he apology for the rudeness and things went well after. He was thorough and did a great job in eliminating the problem. Management sent an apology for leaving off the info.

Had yellow jacket nest in siding on house. The came out immediately and took care of the problem. Been watching but saw no more yellow jackets
